I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the behavior of the owner, Lijun, who repeatedly violated my privacy during my acupuncture session by entering the room without knocking or seeking permission. She was not my acupuncturist and had absolutely no reason to barge in without consent. Not only did this interrupt the tranquility of the session, but it also violated my right to privacy and left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable.The owner's actions were not only intrusive but also unprofessional and disrespectful. It is unacceptable for anyone, let alone the owner, to enter the treatment room without consent, especially without knocking or confirming if it's appropriate to enter.Privacy is the most fundamental aspect of any healthcare or wellness service, and I believe it is imperative for the owner of Ware Massage to be aware of this basic principle. After today, I have fully lost my trust and confidence in Ware Massage. As a result, I will cancel all my future appointments and will not be returning.I would like to clarify that the acupuncturist was excellent and professional.

This is one of the best massage clinics in town!!! I have been getting relaxation massage from Jean since 2022. She is super efficient. She always listens her client's request and provide excellent service.

Helpful massage overall from Latica, focused on my muscle issues and now I'm feeling better. The office does smell weird tho and walls are paper thin. I'd suggest an air cleaner, better building ventilation and quiet respect from others moving about the office when massages are taking place.

I had my massage appointment with Letica. I have never been to this place before. By chance, I got the appointment with one of the best massage therapists. Letica was too good. Overall, experience at this location was awesome. The fellow at the reception processed the insurance claims efficiently. Also, their charges were reasonable.

Great place for a relaxing massage. Jean does a great job! She also asks how much pressure you prefer and that is quite helpful. Quick service. Don't have to wait 6-8 weeks for any available appointment.

I’ve been going for massages for 20 years and have never walked out of one worse than when I came in but I did this time, with Lijun. My husband and I had great massages with other therapists there the last time we came but this time, I asked for a relaxation massage with light pressure and got a super painful deep tissue one instead. I said at least 20 times the pressure was too much and she would ease up, then go right back to telling me what was wrong with me and she just wanted to fix it, increasing the pressure each time. She was not listening to what I wanted at all and instead of apologizing, she lectured me on not being able to take the pain that would be better for me (even though I said I wanted a relaxation massage, over and over). I have problems with my neck but for a massage to be effective, I need to relax first and her pressure was so painful, my neck was like iron. I I was just counting the time until the 90 min was done. Then she kept giving me receipts for the wrong amount, when I asked for the typical ones, where they show what we payed in full in the payment area, “before” the insurance claim (even though in the memo she put the amount).. I wish I’d read the reviews on her before I went this second time. I never give negative reviews but I want to save others who want relaxation massages to make sure they don’t get Lijun. We will not be going back.
