This place is cozy and calm. I love this place. The price is valuable cuz it was half price before 7pm on weekdays.

I went to this karaoke around 6 pm and they gave me a 50% discount. They have a promotion for the customers when you visit them before 7 pm every Monday to Friday. 100% recommend

This place is great! I came here for my birthday tonight. The owner gave our group of 7 some water and some crunchy snack. They have a large selection of songs, but not much for recent hits. I would give 5 stars if they offered fries/chicken strips... Etc. They have some pop and iced tea, and Korean snacks.They are not licenced, which my group was totally fine with. For a group of 7 it was $55 for 2 hours. A very fair deal I would say when payed individually.The room was comfy and had some disco lights. It would have been nice to have been able to turn off the echo on the microphone. Maybe there is a way but the karaoke boxes' buttons was all in Korean so we couldn't figure out how.This place is fairly close the the Royal Oak sky train station, less than a 10min walk.Gal Chae is in my neighborhood, which is exciting. I will definitely be back to introduce my friends to this little gem!

Galchae Karaoke is amazing!! We just dropped after dinner, the rooms are private and clean. The host was very helpful and there’s a huge selection of songs. We had a blast!

People are rude but they have one of the better English music selections in the area. Place looks outdated when there are places nearby that look better

Very nice and kind staff, and 50% promotion before 7 o'clock on weekdays is very good. Even little bit old facilities, sound system is best..Also. New owner is very kind.I love to go this placeAll the time

I miss the former owners of Gal Chae (the older couple), but the new manager and owners seem just as friendly and hospitable. The English song selection is the best in the area. The rooms are kept quite clean (even though it looks a bit suspicious from the outside). Also, good and affordable pricing. My one complaint is they no longer offer free time even when it is not busy, as was previously given. Overall, it is always great fun hanging out at Gal Chae!

50% discount before 7pm on weekdays is very good and the people who work are kind and the quality of the song and the microphone are so good.
