Worst customer service I have ever seen especially from Ashley .Won’t send us the real price and won’t send us a quote Tell us how much everything is and a break Down. They also say they will install and never show up 4 weeks latter still waiting. I would never recommend anyone using this Company!

Nick, Clynton, and the rest of the team did an absolutely amazing job with our project!!! Couldn't be happier with the service and quality. Special thanks to Nick for the first-class service. He made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed quickly and with the upmost respect. We will definitely be using Eco-Architectural Glass for future projects and builds.

On Thursday June 13 I sent a payment to Eco Glass for a custom shower door. The payment was collected in the late afternoon.Last night, June 16 I sent an email asking them to place the job on hold.I was expecting a reply pretty well first thing in the morning. I assumed that a request to place a job on hold would be dealt with some priority since it is my money in play. Nothing.I finally called at 10 past 1 today June 17. Got confirmation that they had in fact received the email. They said the project manager would call me back. Got a call back 30 minutes later.Lo and behold......the glass had been cut! The project manager had just called and got the news.I did not appreciate my email requesting the job to be stopped being ignored.......I wonder when they would have replied if I had not called. And i cannot help wondering whether if they had not ignored my email, the job could have been stopped............

I had an amazing experience with Eco Architectural Glass for my walk-in shower glass install. They were punctual for the measuring and install appointments (this all during COVID where everything seems to be delayed), and designed the door so that it may swing inwards for easy clean-up. The price was very reasonable. I honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough and will be a repeat customer for further renovation projects.
