Had my dog there in Nov 2022 to be neutered. At this time, he was prescribed trazadone for his severe anxiety and reactive behaviour. In May 2023, I requested a med change for a LOWER dose Prozac as the trazadone knocks him out for 24hrs. I was told he would need to come back in for another assessment. I explained nothing had changed and it causes him a great deal of stress going into the vet. Receptionist didn’t seem to care. I asked if a vet could just call me to discuss the situation and I was told no, they would tell me the same thing. Seems to be money driven as opposed to caring about pets well-being and peace of mind.The vet was nervous too nervous to even touch my dog. What would they need to assess that’s changed in 6 months? He is a 4 year old dog. They might look at him and say yes, he is still anxious. You never offered alternative options.

I couldnt imagine better treatment from a Veterinarian facility. Our Ginger has been a patient there for a while, but was always healthy so we never had to go. Recently, Ginger fell incredibly sick with severe kidney damage. We didnt know that at the time, but the way the Vets, nurses and reception were so quick to help us when we needed urgent help for our suffering pup was heart warming and they became so trust worthy so quickly.Im sorry I should have gotten names, the young lady with the glasses at the front, and the other young lady who may be a nurse with the UK accent- thank you for treating Ginger as if she was your own furbaby. I see first hand just how caring you are to your patients.Thank you guys for always being there for her last minute as well. We had a full day flush, that worked a little but Ginger needed more. We called as soon as they opened the next morning and they said come on in, bring her theres a room ready. Despite us being worried that every appointment we have been booking were last minute. They worked with us for a few weeks to get to the bottom of it, and Dr. Samina was amazing with taking the time to explain blood work and Xray findings to us and set up a good future plan as our pup isnt over the hill just yet.I would truly take these 1 star reviews with less than a grain of salt. Would you, as a human, twist your ankle and run to the nearest doctors office and demand to be seen immediately? No! so why would you do it to a vet and get angry that they have patients that they are caring for? Ridiculous! GO TO AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL. Roswell is NOT one. Dont pull a Karen and leave 1 star reviews because you dont know how it works, Bozos.Anyways just thought I would share my opinion that Roswell probably cant but would like to.Roswell and the staff are attentive, caring, friendly, and all around amazing. So much so that when we went to take her home again after a full day there yesterday, she didnt want to leave the ladies.Ginger isnt out of the dog house yet but they make me feel so comfortable about probably having to bring her back in the future. I wanted to give a rave review for Dr. Samina and the staff at Rosswell! We used to go to another vet clinic and they were 2-3x the cost of what Rosswell charges. Not only are their fees extraordinarily reasonable the quality of care and love they show to our cats has been exemplary! We will never go anywhere else! We have a super senior cat who’s developed seizures and 2 younger brothers one prone to eye infections and the other with immune/allergy issues. Not only do they care for them so well they are kind and loving to me as the worry prone fur mom! Thanks for feeling like an extension of the family! Floki, Sammy and Crash are in the best hands!

Just took our new rescue cat in for his first check up and the experience was great. The receptionist was lovely, the vet was great with him, didn't try to over sell anything and we left knowing we are gonna be bringing him here from now on.

I have been taking my pets to rosswell for over 6 years and would never recommend them to anyone who cares about their pets. After paying ($35!!!!) for having my dogs anxiety medicine prescription sent to me via email to fax to my pharmacy who sells it cheaper, they ordered it in and withheld my prescription forcing me to get it from them. When I asked for it to be emailed and said we would get it elsewhere they refused. Not only did they refuse but they blamed me for their mistake and argued with me for over an hour. So now a dog with severe anxiety is going without his medication for the weekend until we can go to our new vet. There have been many issues with quality of care over my years of going here but to treat a loyal longtime client like this and withhold their script they paid for making a dog suffer is the final straw. These people care about being right, not about you or your pets. The prices are good but you get what you pay for, please find a different vet. Abhorrent customer service and 0 accountability.Given their previous reviews they will argue below that my partner and I were rude and we did not tell them we only wanted the script and not the meds and how this is all our fault and not theirs, which truly shows where their priorities lie. We did become unpleasant after paying for something we were refused and arguing for over an hour but we were never aggressive or rude. So regardless of what excuses or blame they give below, a dog is missing his medicine because of them. We’re very disappointed.RE: their reply.Actually I have had many complaints over the years but have been nice enough to not to voice them and nice enough to still recommend people to you despite my concerns. We know our truth as well.

I used to take all my dog here for years, and all was good. They had the expected follow-up vacation renewal calls and everything.Last time, we went to check when the dog vaccinations were due to renew as we felt it was some time already, they said they were a month expired, but they had decided not to call people about renewals and wait for people to come and ask.

Best vet. Our labradoodle had eye infection. They saw him right away. He is our baby and I cannot express our gratitude to have such an amazing veterinarian. Thank you foeverythi

I just had my 3 yr old Aussie Shepherd neutered here. They were the most cost efficient place. My dog has some anxiety and they were really good with helping him feel relaxed and allowing me to stay with him to keep him calm. All the employees were friendly, kind, and compassionate. I believe the stuff here to have yours and your pet’s best interest in mind. I would recommend this vet and their staff based on my experience!
