Dana is great, she was very informative. Looking at her reviews I am not sure if she was just so busy and forgot. I had approached her to look a home, she was very quick to answer. I received my last text message from her in August. My home purchase closed in September. I found it really strange that I did not get a thank you for my business or any closing communication. It was my first home purchase but maybe my expectations were too high. Regardless, she was great to deal with while dealing, I felt it was a strange way to close a deal. I heard other stories of receiving thank you cards and small gifts congratulating them on their purchase. I guess my card is stuck in the mail.
