Bought a new truck 7months ago, so far so good

I did not like this place too pushy for me. Could not feel a connection. Went out the following week to Toyota Angers Jose LaCroix and bought two new cars. Corolla and CHR. Great deal 0% interest. So glad I waited

I had an overall good experience.I shopped online and filled out all my needs in the form (not compatible with IE on computer, not compatible with Chrome on cell phone). When they called me back, much of the details were lost from the quote I completed online & the quote was 80$ more per month at the dealer.The service was very good. They are professionnal, efficient and all smiles. In person customer service is on point.I realized after bringing my car home that the protective carpets I had added in my online form were not in the car, so I e-mailed the person that helped me and she responded very quickly even though it was after hours.I am awaiting a follow-up on the carpets, but so far I am mostly satisfied with their overall service and my vehicle.

Excellent staff was treated like a good family/ friend.Thank you Carlos for been transparent with the number and also finding me this wonderful micra. it is not my echo but have to say it's better then my echo. Thank you to Eric Frechette this man is so funny and very friendly did not feel pressure to taking extra insurance although I did take some. Thank u all the welcoming team at the desk I don't remember there names. Once again Thank u Nissan st Bruno. I bought a used car from there and moved to Toronto.. Initially there was some miscommunication with emails not getting through but once I reached out, they were really helpful sending me all the information I requested and really helping out, really recommended this place!
