From Drew the owner to Matt and the crew doing the install, everything went awesome. Drew was able to build the biggest system for our roof for the best price compared to other quotes we got. We had solar panels installed on our home by Ridgeline Power Solutions in October 2022. After approaching several companies for estimates, we found Ridgeline’s quote to be very competitive. Drew was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and guided us through the process including the application process for applicable rebate programs.Drew and his crew were polite and professional. They made the installation a smooth and great experience. Highly recommend.

I’ve had my solar install for a year now and used Ridgeline for the install. Would 100% recommend them. From start to finish I was informed of the process and what they expected to have done. I had a quite a few questions prior to choosing Ridgeline for the install and Drewe took the time and effort to get me any info or answer every question. You just don’t get service like that often. I’ve dealt with multiple contractors for various upgrades and Reno’s and Ridgeline was one of the best. Very organized, very courteous crew and great job on the housekeeping! The whole process for rebates from the city and microgen set up through epcor was made easy by Drewe. Once set up and running Drewe walked through everything with me. Top notch remarks from building inspector. After install I was having personal issue reconnecting to my new internet modem and called Drewe. Answered my call and walked me through it. That was 6 months after install and final payment. I would highly recommend at least speaking with Ridgeline before selecting your contractor for your project. We became interested in solar power recently after seeing a friends installation. We called Drew at Ridgeline Power Solutions and was amazed at the quote and the speed with which all the work was completed. From start to finish was less than two months. Drew and his team are fantastic. They came and installed snow guards, optimizers, and got my system back online, working through a downpour thunderstorm. They left the site clean and tidy, and communicated well throughout the process. I highly recommend them for solar installation.

A good experience. Drew and the crew spent time to develop a solar system that would meet our needs and optimized it for the roof area, electrical service, and other limitations we had. This was a step above another contractor that seemed more eager to push me down a predefined path. I helped with the permits and approvals in Red Deer to keep things moving along at times, and we did encounter a supply chain snag or two, but overall I'm very happy with the system provided, both in terms of compoents and the quality of the installation and would recommend considering Ridgeline for your solar system needs.

Drew and his team were always professional and polite. Kept my property clean and free of debris. Cleaned up as they worked. Very respectful of the house. Installed our 24 panels in 2 days and we were up and running. We used Ridgeline Power Solutions for the installation of our solar panels. Drew, and his crew, went above and beyond what we were expecting.We had attempted quotes from four companies. The two bigger companies with name recognition either did not return our inquiry for a quote, or provided a quote with a system that was not what we were looking for and was significantly higher than Ridgeline's proposal.Drew made sure we understood the quote, and how the system would work with our home's needs and could grow in the future. He took the time to answer questions about the technology, the equipment he proposed to use as well as the intricacies of the Canada Greener Homes program.They were very patient with us as we worked through the program, and when we were finally ready, they were prompt to set things up with a clear plan. Their installation was very clean, and well done to a very professional degree. The crews were polite, respectful and on site when they said they would be. They worked very clean and when the job was complete, they removed all their wastes. In fact, they noticed we were missing a requirement to a previously done electrical job and quickly pointed it out. They actually fixed the issue to make it code compliant with no additional charge to us. Was it a big job, not for them, but it was a almost an hour of labour that was not part of their scope of work and did not need to do.The monitoring system was explained to us in a detailed fashion, and we felt comfortable knowing how the system works and what it was producing. Drew took care of all the paperwork, and arranged for the inspection by the city.All in all, they are highly reputable professionals. Not only have we further recommended them to our friends, we intend to have them back to complete some additional work in our home. Listening to others' experiences with solar panels, we are extremely confident that we made the right choice to go with Ridgeline and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
