Amazing! The skill, patience and care that Shannon has is stuff I thought I'd only see on YouTube and never experience for my own dog. My big boy hasn't let anyone cut his nails for a long while and I anticipated having to do 1 paw every appointment, but Shannon handled him so well, it was quite entertaining!! HIGHLY RECCOMEND! :)

Shannon is an absolute expert at both handling dogs and the actual nail care. She has a calming demeanour that puts my dog at ease. She’s reliable and so affordable. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone.
