Dr. Azza Makram Mikail

Dr.Azza Mikael is very good only my concern about the waiting time with kids.The clinic will be awesome if they work on the waiting time.

Appointment was for 11:50am. I arrived for 11:40am. At 12:30pm, I was called into the room. It's been over an hour and a half. Unbelievable. The Doctor is great but waiting times need to be improved.

Good doctor but terrible staff.

The best sweet dr. All over the world about waiting time this is all over the clinics but if u want to feel good & positive go to this dr.

Doctor Azza Mikail is one of the greatest doctors I know. she is very professional , patient and knowledgeable. the only negative experience is always due to the staff. They are very rude ,unprofessional and they just want get the job done , even if that means to hang up on you if they don't have an answer! I work in the health care system and I understand how frustrating this job can get sometimes , but this is not one time incident, this happens every time I call or visit. always rude and unaccommodating. I question myself so many times before I call or ask for help from them. This clinic would be one of the best clinics in Mississauga if they hire good secretary who cares for patients and be a little more empathic for sick people.

Great doctor. She is my family doctor since 8 years. No doctor can be compared with her. She has huge experience.

Please if you care about your health, do not go here. Unprofessional, dirty clinic, and less than stellar front desk staff. Ministry of health need to close them down. Reporting them to the college and ministry.

Bad stuff. When I do appointment they make me stay always more than 2 hour. Bathroom not clean. The rooms smells bad. The only I came to this clinic because Dr. Azza she's very nice and she did her best job.

Dr Azza Mikail is a very good doctor. We were referred to her by our friends at work and we have been very happy with her as our family physician. Only complaint though is the wait times are sometimes ridiculous even if you have an appointment. My only feedback if it makes any difference would be to implement a system where the appointments are honored well so it could make quite a difference in the satisfaction levels of the patients visiting.Ofcourse there are always exceptions to be made especially to those who need to be seen quickly like parents with young infants / old people
