We are so thrilled with our enclosure. We are on our deck all the time we even sat out and watched the snow fly. With the heater it was super cozy.The crew that came out to install were excellent, very professional they did an amazing job. VJ and Brian are an awesome team, I highly recommend these guys. They represent their company incredibly well.The product is amazing we have the 3 season enclosure but truth be told it can be 4 season in the Lower Mainland.It looks great and functions the way we want.Thanks Suncoast we're impressed.

Suncoast did a wonderful job installing two louvered roofs, with lights, on our back patio. They even came back to install a dimmer switch at our request. More importantly and impressively, we had a few glitches here and there and they dealt with everything completely professionally and very helpfully. The gang at Suncoast were stellar and we absolutely love our exceptional enclosure! We are finally enjoying our outdoor space!

We finally got our screens for the louvre that Suncoast installed last year for us. We held off and in hindsight we wished we had done it sooner. They look amazing and what a treat to be able to enjoy an outdoor space even when it is cold outside. The company has amazing staff and great workmanship. I truly have enjoyed their professionalism. Ebad and Obaid did the installation from start to finish had been so knowledgable and courteous. They put my mind to ease with their knowledge. Truly above and beyond service. Also, Nathan and Jake and Sam the behind the scenes planning made the process go so smoothly and efficiently. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

Jared and Ajay did a wonderful job on installing our deck enclosure. They kept the worksite clean and debris free. Throughout the installation, we were kept up to date on the progress and with all modifications adjustment. Upon completion, they both went through a thorough demonstration and ensured we were comfortable. Great work Jared and Ajay. Looking forward to Phase 2.

Suncoast did a great job. My wife and I spent a lot of time researching the different patio cover options. In terms of aesthetics and versatility, the louvred roof was by far the best option out there.Nathan was very professional when measuring and quoting and considering all of the supply chain issues we’ve had, they started work very close to the initial estimate.The build team, Harley and Abi did a great job. They were professional and worked hard despite having awful weather. They were extremely friendly and accountable.We’ve since had a couple kinks but they’ve been great to come out and amend problems. Nathan was not pushy about the final payment until they had completed basic deficiencies.While it’s the most expensive option out there, we are so glad we did it. Don’t skip the app and wireless option or the lights. They are both must haves for it.

Great company, I personally went to their warehouse/showroom to see the real product, they manufacture it locally and their warehouse are full of materials. Don’t worry about parts or the company disappeared after you installed.Now the enclosure has been installed, looks great and the installer Ebad and Obaid are very professional. They came on time and txt me before they come. Ebad had some difficulties installing the lights but he never gave up and check to make sure everything is perfect.They work hard until 7 pm in the 3 days they worked at my house, no coffee break and very quick lunch. I seldom compliment anyone and my son was shocked when I told him they are good people. He said most of the time I complained but not this time so they must be really good.

My wife and I were very pleased with both the quality of the product and the level of service which we received from Suncoast Enclosures. The three seasons screen room which we ordered from them was precisely what we needed to maximize the use of our balcony and to take advantage of the wonderful vista of the North Shore Mountains which we had available. With the frequent rain, winds and annoyance of mosquitoes and wasps, we were limited in our enjoyment of our milder climate. The screen room and the moveable vinyl windows have changed that and we look forward to being able to enjoy our balcony much more in the coming years.
