Terrible experience. Speechless and sad. Waited 3 years and got so many issues. Moved in and they are yet to fix majority of the things listed. I'm so disappointed. Can never recommend them as builders. I feel like I'm having a mental breakdown.

Windows are garbage, the hardware is broken,moisture build up. And thats only the first two years of being built. It's going to cost me $3000.00 to fix all the windows. Not under warrenty, which was only a two year warrenty to begin with.

We were told in April 2016 that Passages on the canal site will be started in May of that year. It's August 2017 and the work has not yet begun. We we're going to wait for these houses. Good thing we didn't.

hi guys,thank you for all your advice and warnings , my husband was pushing me to see these houses because we want to stay in the neighbourhood but after i read all this i don't think i want to buy from them anymore i believe this is the worse decision ever i will definitely look for another builder do you have any recommendations?sorry for all what you have to suffer but there must be a way out or law or something to protect your rights! and good luck
