Kelsey was amazing and thorough! She was kind and professional and timely. The house always smelled amazing after she'd been there and I've never seen my appliance that clean!Her customer care went above and beyond. Interactions with her were always very pleasant.

Took a few days to respond to my request for a quote and when she finally came to see my house, it seemed she couldn't get out of here fast enough. I don't think she was here for 2 minutes and never even introduced herself. I believe she came directly from her other job because she was still wearing her safety vest. She barely said two words and then never got back to me with a quote. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely Maid for You is a wonderful company and I am more than satisfied with the service and with our house cleaner. They have been extremely accommodating when I've had to reschedule for whatever reason. I hope to be using AMFY for many more years.

Absolutely Maid For You was an absolute delight to deal with. We rented a long-term Airbnb rental for our crews to live in while they were out of town working. Kelsey was amazing when it came to flexibility around scheduling. She always went above and beyond with her service, kept open communication, respected the fact that crews would be sleeping when she would be cleaning and made sure not to disrupt them. She was willing to perform additional cleaning services that were not listed on her site (bi-weekly washing of the bedding) at a cost (we offered to pay her extra as she did state it was not a service offered by the company) as the staff staying there did not have the time in their schedule do deal with the task themselves. Then finally the check out cleaning before returning the Airbnb's to the owners. She made sure the place was spotless for our check out. (Not one complaint from the Airbnb owners) She even cleaned out the fridge and washed ALL beddings and put them away for us. (there was 10 loads of bedding to wash as there was 5 bedrooms in the Airbnb and we also purchased extra bedding to make her life easier with keeping up with the washing of the beddings as the guys would be sleeping) - if you are in her area and require cleaning services, you will not regret dealing with Kelsey @ Absolutely Maid For You

Kelsey was wonderful. She came for a walk through and gave a quote within 1-2 days of me contacting her. She was then able to fit in a cleaning within a few days.She did a superb job cleaning and left the house looking immaculate. She was thorough, hardworking, and very pleasant to deal with. I was also very happy that she left the house looking like our house (I’ve had cleaning companies come before and I could not find where they stored some items afterwards). We have used this company to open our cottage in the spring for a number of years. Kelsey and her crew did a wonderful job and we were very happy with the work including all the extra services that we asked for. I was disappointed when I reached out this season to book a date. After reasonable price increases year after year (including during the pandemic) the price given to me this year seemed unfair. It went from approx $40/hr per person to $70/hr per person (plus $25 per laundry load) for the exact same cottage opening service as in years past. As loyal customers I believe the rationale for this should have at least been explained with their quote and it was not. Of course, companies set their prices as they wish but I would have hoped that Absolutely Maid for You would have been more communicative with existing customers about the reasoning for such a large jump in the prices that they are used to paying.
