Visited this location today as they offer threading. I had my brows threaded and tinted. I am so happy with the results! I would give this experience 5 stars. I was disappointed with my lip threading treatment as I did not receive the full treatment. I also had my underarms waxed but when I got home I noticed there were still areas with hair. My therapist was running behind so I think she may have felt rushed.I would go back for threading as this is the only location that offers threading.

This location is my new fav ! it’s nice and clean and I enjoyed talking with the women who worked there. I was thrilled with the services and lucked out because I had no idea they offer threading! So that was an added bonus for me :)

Overall I had a good experience as a first timer at Fuzz Wax Bar in Leslieville. I was a few minutes late and luckily they were still able to accommodate my appointment. Very kind of them!My wax went well and no ingrown hairs! Very happy about that. I would admit the wax was surprisingly hot to the touch and because I was late, I didn’t want to stop the wax. I’m unsure if that was my tolerance level was low that day which is usually pretty high or if it was the heat of the wax that indeed was too aggressive. Either way, I’ll be sure to vocalize this to the waxer during my next visit :)

I’ve been going here for almost a decade and I’m really disappointed with a recent interaction. If you pay for a membership, one of the benefits is a free waxing service on your birthday month. I went in ten days after my birthday and was told because it was technically February, I wasn’t eligible (after I’d already had the service). I thought it was within a month of your birthday but was told it had to be “within the birthday month itself.” I was told there was no wiggle room with this rule. Really disappointing service for a loyal customer. Going to be canceling my membership.
