This clinic provides virtual care over phone but may ask you to come to clinic if necessary. So this is not exactly a walk in " clinic.I got call backs from doctor pretty soon

Explained to the doctor I’m going through it with my mental health and can’t concentrate on my work as a result of it. Requested medication I’ve taken in the past.He said it sounds like I need adhd medication. Left with little help and no resolution.

I have been so impressed with the doctors here. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable. They take the time to consult (even as a walk in) and then provide appropriate care. Then they actually call and follow up. Unfortunately they are not taking new patients (walk-ins are the best I can do) ... But that is the whole city anyway. High standard of care with this clinic.

This is the worst clinic by far. No wonder people are dying because of the deplorable and negligent health care system we have in this country let alone Abbotsford. I have not been feeling well and have a chronic pain on my right side.I’m also diabetic and my sugars have been high even though I’m increasing insulin. My GP is in Vancouver and I could not see him as he is out of town.I decided to call this clinic by my home. The receptionist who answered the phone said “hello” and I asked if this was Westview medical and she rudely said yes. I asked if they were taking walk ins she said only phone appointments. I gave her my info and reason she then said Dr Dickson will call me anytime today from 9am to 5pm. How is that helpful? You don’t even give a timeframe? Or window? Like I wanna sit by my phone all day waiting. Horrific medical system and these clinics should be ashamed and honestly fined for their unprofessionalism and incompetence. Do not go here!!

i called the clinic to check if they are accepting walk in patients first, the receptionist was pleasant on the phone. I went in, waited total of 26 minutes before the doctor see me. The doctor is friendly, professional, and courteous. Overall experience is good. The only this is they do not have a proper signage but just a piece of paper. I saw their 'business permit' posted so prolly they are working on getting one.

Dr. Aulja was kind, professional, and responsive. He was great listener and made me feel instantly at ease. The clinic has a calm and relaxed atmosphere that I have not experienced anywhere else. Peaceful location with lots of parking next to lots of trees and greenery with very low traffic and road noise. As for the signage, who really cares? To rate a clinic low based off of the lack of signage is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I personally love the printed piece of paper. It adds to the whole experience and charm of the place. The building number is posted, and that’s all that matters. It almost makes it feel secret, like the narrow lounge in Vancouver, but for a walk-in clinic. Its actually not hard to find at all, right next to I.D.A. pharmacy. I love it. It’s basically brand new. Keep up the great work! Thanks for making the experience of going to a walk-in clinic a good one, which I can’t say I’ve had very often. Cheers

They are by far the best clinic I’ve been to. All the staff are kind, helpful and make you feel like they genuinely care. Dr. Dickinson is fantastic. I wish more Drs were as compassionate about their job as he is.

Dr Dickinson is an excellent doctor. He actually cares about his patients and listens. Thank you Dr Dickinson for being a caring and empathetic doctor. Few and far between these days!

I have been here twice so far. The Dr's are very thorough and make you feel so comfortable. I will go there again in a heartbeat. The office is beautiful not like a normal walk in clinic. A very nice atmosphere. They make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend the Dr's
