In light of the pandemic and shortages of material and labor, I am pleased with the quality of the work and service I received from Auroral. This is the 2nd time I do business with them and they offer a great quality product at a reasonable price. There was a mishap on the job site but Arnaldo is making it right. Would also commend Guylaine, who is handling installation schedules - very professional and understanding. One technically challenging window (bay window) needed to be redone and the result is nothing short of spectacular (sorry for messy photo and temporary privacy film). All in all, very satisfied.

I am adding new information on this previously written review.I just had 2 doors installed which were ordered after the windows installation I described in my review below. Again, great installation team with Denis and Joe. Great service from Riccardo in sales. Doors look great and really add a lot to the look of the kitchen.-----------------------------------------------------------After comparing several suppliers, over 3 months, for the replacement of 15 windows and doors, we settled on Auroral, even though they didn't have the lowest price.I worked with Riccardo in sales who was impeccable in his approach and service. He took the time (and had the patience) to explain the many details one should know before embarking on such a huge project. He was also very helpful in providing guidance on what is trending in this market so that the purchase was relevant and stylish. In fact, we have received many positive comments from neighbors on how our house has been transformed with the new look.The installation team was also amazing. Denis and Joe are expert installers who take the time to do it right, and who take pride in their work; something that sadly is not common anymore. They cleaned up everything, did a professional job on caulking and replacement of window frames and both were very friendly. I strongly suggest you ask for this installation team, even if it means a longer delay !I had a small issue with one window after installation, and the after sales service was great too. Within a few days of my call to report it, someone came to address it.Overall, it was a great experience for us. This was a major expense and upgrade and we are very satisfied with how it came together. I felt Riccardo was more of a partner in the process than a sales rep.The coordination of installation date was a bit tricky, dates were a bit fluid and changed a few times. Not a very big deal in the big picture, but i would suggest you follow up closely on this aspect if you plan to contract Auroral. Otherwise, I fully recommend them. They have earned the 5 star rating.

Dealt with them a few years ago. Service was OK. Ordered a door in spring this year. Installation was supposed to be in September, then October, then November. Now it's in December (apparently). I tried to get past Carole at the reception, impossible. No one will return my calls. They still have my deposit. Wouldn't recommend. Go somewhere else.

I have received my windows and patio door with a little delay. They quality and installation was very satisfying. The installers where very polite and professional. Had one cracked window and adjustment to do service was fast. Now just waiting for my screens. Gave them a 4star only for the delay but would still recommend them for quality and service.

In 2018, we designed custom windows for them to manufacture and install. While their own staff representative took measurements, the actual installation turned out to be outsourced to subcontractors. Consequently, there is a lack of understanding regarding the full scope of our contract and the company's standards. It took the company more than a year after the contract to schedule the installation! And over the past five years, we have experienced imperfect installations, necessitating ongoing efforts to have the company address the issues. If and when someone does come over to make repairs, it will always be a subcontractor fulfilling an order request from the company on our behalf, so they are not fully aware of the issue. Unfortunately, the after-service care has been nonexistent as the staff representative has been unresponsive to our requests. There is poor coomunication within the company between the departments. Despite placing our most recent request in April 2023, we have not received a callback. Today, I personally called and spoke with Maria, the receptionist, who informed me that someone should be returning our call in the afternoon of June 1, 2023. Given the receptionist's apparent annoyance during the call, it remains to be seen if our request will be handled.

Ordered a custom door from Auroral with Demir Markovic. He was extremely pleasant to work with. Professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The product itself is of great quality and the installers we're top notch. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting superior quality at a very fair price. From start to finish, I am entirely satisfied with my beautiful door and my experience. Bravo!

I ordered 2 doors and 2 windows. I tried to schedule the installation many times but nobody answered my calls. One day out of nowhere somebody told me that the installation was for the next week, but then was canceled. The installation was rescheduled many times finally after installation I found out one of the window was smaller than the previous one.

We made a $14,000 deposit 6 months ago for a windows and door project. We have been more than patient and very polite with them (they tend to be a little rude back).We have written and called them several times so they can give us a precise install date. After not being able to give us a date, they do not returning our calls or answer our texts. We are very concerned and considering our options.Before we signed our contract, they wouldn’t stop calling us so we can sign and deposit. Now nothing.Update:Upgrade from 1 star to 310 months into this whole project and the job is 95% finished … pandemic and everything makes me more forgiving since most of the delay was because of supply chain problems I’m told. I believe them but they should communicate better.The windows look good. The installers who came are good guys. They did a little extra work because of some rot that was found. They are going to charge me a fair price for the extra work so I’m ok with that. After my final walk through I will update my review once more.

100% satisfied and would recommend Auroral to my family and friends.9 windows and 1 patio door installed.Triple thermos for all.Initial reaction - extremely happy with my purchase.I had no delays regarding the installation date. The installers arrived on the exact date I was initially given. All 9 windows and patio door were installed in 1.5 days.Definitely go with the triple thermos.In comparison to my older windows there’s a huge difference with sound proofing. There’s also a noticeable reduction of heat emanating from the sun through the windows.I can’t speak to durability as it’s only 48 hours all windows/door were installed.Prior to installation I was concerned about possible damage to my stucco exterior walls but the installers were meticulous. So no damage done and really happy about that.Regardless of who you choose, changing windows is messy; expect a lot of dust. The installers did place floor covers and cleaned up but obviously they will not pass the vacuum. Also expect to do some paint touch ups.After research and several quotes, I chose Auroral because they seemed trustworthy. I dealt with Riccardo who was honest and suggested nice alternatives to my older windows. He even took the time to give me the tour of his manufacturing facility. Definitely a legitimate company. They weren’t the least expensive but also not the most expensive.I did take advantage of their current 25% rebate so that was a plus as well.From begin to end, a smooth transaction.
