I took my Van to Searles Auto Repair, and they were great! They communicated incredibly well, answered all my questions and the timing was good as well. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there if you have any issues!

Really happy with the service I got at Searles!I was able to get Searles to fix my AC at a fraction of the cost that was quoted by others AND they also washed the exterior and vacuumed the inside! I was so pleasantly surprised and extremely grateful!Thanks so much!

Chris and his team have been awesome ,I wish I had understood about air cons in the first place it would have saved me much frustration and grief.Chris has gone above and beyond trying to explain from the start but I just didn't understand at first.He has also gave me a discount on some essential parts . A simple analogy about a dam that leaks and then you fix that and another leak happens finally made sense .. Scam, Scam, Scam. This guys took advantage of my son. Did a pre buy inspection for him with half the items in the inspection report stating they need more time to do the inspection. For a few of $240 they got paid enough to do a thorough inspection. When asked if they checked the codes on the engine light they told him they required another $300 to view the engine light codes. Asking for $540 for a pre-buy inspection is blatant scamming.After reviewing the report I believe they did not test drive the car. The report looks like they connected the code read and wrote about what the reader said.Beware Scammers

I have always been treated excellently at Searles, they work really hard to fit me in on my schedule and do everything they promise to do on time and it doesn't cost me more than they say it will! Recently I had a slow leak in my tire from a nail, I phoned, they had me in the next day and had it fixed in no time!!! My peace of mind is so taken care of by Searles! My new car should be done with the warranty shortly and will be moving back to Searles full time!!

Received wonderful service from Jade, and the whole team of mechanics did a great job making sure my car was safe to take to Alberta! I received updates throughout the three days they were working on it, and everything was extremely reasonably priced. Happy with the whole team, who are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond ☺️

Took my 2016 civic in for control arm repair, searle’s quoted me less than the dealer. When the work was all done, they even told me the dealer quoted for too many things that didn’t need to be repaired so I save quite a bit of money very happy about it.

I'd last visited Searles some years ago when their skills in keeping older cars on the road did exactly that for an old Buick Electra Estate wagon I'd purchased new and, if I'm honest, should have sold on years earlier, but just couldn't seem to let go.They'd always had some performance cars in for their skilled attention, and when my 1975 Jensen Interceptor developed a hard-to-start-after-sitting issue, they were the go-to.Part of working on limited-run, older collector cars of which there never were many about is getting up to speed on the idiosyncrasies that make them great, but that also make them challenging to operate and repair. Chris and his team are quick studies, and have the essential qualities in working on collector cars -- curiosity, persistence, and fundamental skill, coupled in equal measure with care. They know that these older collector cars, and many of their parts, are in limited supply, so they take care not to cause additional challenges as they do their work.Their write-up of all that they assessed and rectified was as thorough as I've ever received on that car. There was a lot for the Searles team to have to assess and check before they could determine the best solutions and effect the necessary repairs. The work was effective, tidy, and thorough. And the it solved all the issues. All of them.Their honesty in performing the work, accounting for time, and in invoicing is unparalleled. The best I have ever encountered.Excellent work, and great dedication to deciphering and setting right an older, rather fussy car. Even when new, these were challenging cars to work on, even for factory-trained technicians. I'm confident in saying that Chris and his Searles team qualify as legitimate ‘Jensen whisperers.” That Interceptor now runs beautifully.As I drove away, I found myself mentally listing additional fundamental service issues that I'd return the car to Searles to have performed; issues that I'd delayed attending to because of concerns that I'd not find people who would do the work well, with great care. We needed our AC refrigerant evacuated and Searles is the only place in town that has a dedicated machine to contaminated refrigerant. They agreed to take us even though they don't work on right hand drive vehicles and I could not be happier! It was quick and the mechanic was very professional! I felt very well taken care of! Would definitely recommend other people to come here!
