Swiss Chalet
The past few times I have ordered delivery, the tracking system has the food arriving in 1-2 minutes as they enter my neighbourhood, then the tracking is suddenly turned off and the food comes 12-15 minutes later barely warm. It is clear the drivers are making deliveries for other food services and prioritizing them over Swiss Chalet. Do not use the Swiss Chalet app.

*Update* So, after I submitted the review (below) I received a reply from Swiss Chalet asking that I provide more information. I did so, and then nothing happened. I guess I was expecting a call or an email from them, but I guess they do exactly what every other company does, which is extend an olive branch and then when you go to accept it, they whisk it away and slam the door in your face. Maybe they don't realize that these reviews can be edited and updated. Anyway, I didn't want anything from them but an acknowledgment. Oh well ** Dropped to 2 -stars from 3.Original review: Ordered dinner last night because we had a gift card that we had had for a long time and I didn’t want to use it when the restaurants were suffering because of Covid. When I called to make the order, the agent said guaranteed delivery by 6:54 PM. At 7:20 PM, the food arrived, and I asked the driver about the guarantee. He said, sorry, no guarantees. So I paid him with the gift card and called it a day. So I guess the message here is, don’t expect a delivery guarantee regardless of what they say.

I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken online and I thought it was delicious. I also love their Chalet fries and sauce so much!Chicken was spicy and so good. I would order it again and hope they keep it as an item. Coleslaw is amazing!

Fast service. I like that the side vegetables are fresh and not frozen. Clean atmosphere. I just wish that they serve the meal hot.Chicken is always good.

We are sitting in Swiss chalet as I write this review. Horrible service. The 18 year old server believes it is beneath her to serve, listen or even be cordial. Forget smiling or making conversation! My daughter asked for donut while placing her order and the server, very curtly, told her that she can give dessert orders later just to be told later" that we are closing and no we can't give you donuts. Part of us makes us feel that it is our brown skin that is getting us this service. Thank you Swiss Chalet for employing kids but forgetting to train them on bias-free service!!(There was response from Swiss Chalet on this. Hoping they will up their training for staff.)"

Late last night my husband and I ate at this location. The serve and food we received was absolutely amazing. Even though it was close to closing, we arrived at 8:15 pm, and it closed at 9 pm, we were treat very nicely and not pressure about leaving quickly. We don’t live in London and it was a nice treat to receive both great service and excellent food. We had the new shrimp and chicken meal. Delicious. We highly recommend this location. Thank you.

This was the best meal I've had at a Swiss Chalet in a long time. Years ago Swiss Chalet had a fantastic product and the lines were long to get into them. In the last 20 years their product quality and consistency has steadily declined. My meal at this location was reminiscent of the good old days. Service was great too!

We were seated right away. I ordered the roast beef dinner and my husband ordered the quarter chicken dinner. My husband's dinner was fine but mine was cold except for the potatoes. I let my server know and it was fixed right away. The food was delicious. The service was excellent.
