I usually don't write Google reviews however, after the service I received I couldn't resist...It was an absolute pleasure doing business with the Mirage Windows. They offered me a free estimate, service was quick, affordable and most importantly the quality of the windows was top notch. They by far have the best quality product for the most affordable price. I was really impressed by the customer service, and the level of professionalism by the staff working there. Thank you guys for a great job done!

Update after your reply: What you describe is in line with what we later discovered to be the case with every tradesperson on our project. Had you been upfront with me in 2019, I never would have left a bad review. I’m sorry we’ve both had to suffer through this ordeal. My review has been updated. Thank you for your reply.Original review: My general contractor tells me the windows for our project were ordered in May 2019 and we were promised them to be installed in July 2019. It’s now September 2019 and we have less than half the windows onsite and installed, we are still waiting on the glass for one of the windows whose frame is installed. I can’t tell if it’s our general contractor, Mirage Windows or their glass supplier who are lying to us. Since Mirage won’t talk to me and my contractor says it’s their fault, I’m leaving this review.

Great experience with this company. Ordered replacement windows for my whole house and they are of excellent quality. To top it all off the windows were ready early. Very reasonably priced as well.

It was a pleasure working with Mirage Windows the Windows ended up phenomenal and they were quick and efficient with the install. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows whether it’s a new build or renovation! Great prices as well.
