Best price on the gold bar I was selling was here. Was quoted 58$ a gram on .999 bullion. Was given $57 a gram when arriving at the store. Admittedly I might have insulted the owner a little by mentioning possibly selling to gatewest coin first on the phone. Sorry if I did. $57 a gram still was the best offer. Customer service was fast and friendly. Normally use the Henderson location but given they are closed on Tuesday ended up here.People if you are selling your gold educate yourself. Weigh the products yourself beforehand so you know the actual weight. Know the karat if it's jewelry. Check the current spot prices. Lastly shop around for the buyer that will pay the most. These things will help ensure you get the best value and takes just a few minutes of your time.

I researched before selling my gold and decided to go to this location based on watching the CBC Iteam story giving this location as a top place to go. Pam is very warm and inviting, explained what she did and was very honest with the amount. I was really surprised with how much I earned!! If you want honesty go here!!

Horrible customer service. I went in there on Friday February 26th with a buddy. he was looking to use their Bitcoin ATM to sell some. It was taking a bit of time. 5 or 6 minutes at the most. The girl working asked us to leave because she claimed to be losing customers due to us being there and them only allowing 2 people at a time. She also immediately asked us if we lived in the same household because she didn't want a fine but didn't bother to be wearing a mask at the same time. I'll never go back. Not if she's working anyway.

I've shopped around at a few gold buying places after I was tasked with having to deal with an Estate. This store was by far the most helpful and offered the most for the gold. Im talking....hundreds of dollars more. I was shocked. The woman that I dealt with was very friendly and was understanding of my difficult situation. There was one piece that I was hesitant to part with and she actually talked me into keeping it and really thinking about whether I wanted to part with it. All the other places just seemed like gold vultures. Im shocked at some of the bad reviews because I will definitely go back here before going to another store.

Don't give spot value, or if they are they taking the American dollar price and then paying on par with Canadian currency. I brought 14 grams 10k gold and got 260, should have been 476

She was absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable, very friendly and went out of her way to help me evaluate and decide what to do with some of my extra pieces I brought in to get me the most money. I’ll definitely head back here again and I definitely recommend anyone to visit her as well.

Don’t go here. Went once with 16 grams of 18k gold earrings and they tried to give me 60$. Went in again with different gold, she REFUSED to tell me how many grams it was and gave me a low number. I told her I checked the website and I should be getting more. She said gold went down. When I went home and checked it was still the same. DO NOT GO HERE. She is a thief and will try to scam you. Always get a second opinion.

Very nice to deal with. Our only concern was we did not receive any type of receipt. Looked like she had software to enter all the information into but she did not use that. Used paper and pen and calculator and then gave us money. Felt like we got good value for our items. Luckily gold was at all time highs.
