Was supposed to be here 10 days ago to put tarps on my rapidly deteriorating leaking roof. No show and not even a phone call. Now my living room and dining room are completely ruined. I called the office twice and was told a technician would call me back twice but no call received. I relied on these “glowing “ recommendations to choose this company but it appears that they are selective as to who they do work for. If the owner reads this, I would suggest to have at least the courtesy of informing the homeowner if you aren’t going to do the work so they can contact another roofing company. Highly unprofessional.

It was just by chance that I met Kelly from K2 roofing, but it was my good fortune. My roof had just started a small leak and my search for a roofer had just begun. I got quotes from three different companies in including K2. They all presented well, but I felt the most comfortable with Kelly. He seemed honest very thorough in giving us our options. It didn't hurt that he happened to offer the lowest price as well!We picked a date to have the work done, but my wife was nervous about the leak. Even though he was busy, Kelly pulled out all the stops to get the job done quickly. His crew was professional and efficient. At the end of the job they cleaned up the area really well. Kelly came out, provided a thorough estimate which was competitive with other estimates. K2 had lots of New West homes as references so we decided to go with them. His crews did a great job, including roof replacement, gutters and installation of a custom skylight. Great value, highly recommended.

Just had our roof done by K2 Roofing and we couldn't be happier. Kelly is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions during the initial quote. The crew was super respectful of our space and cleaned up every day before going home. Albert came by at the end to make sure we were happy with everything and did a final walk around both on the ground and the roof. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new roof!

We are very happy with the price. Kelly, the owner, is knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. His crew was friendly and hardworking. The contract we signed prior to the work was the price we paid when the work was completed. Kelly was responsive to phone calls and questions. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. He may run late some times when he says he's coming by but the job gets done. Our roof really looks good.

Kelly and his crew were amazing. Our roof is small and they were able to expedite service between rainy days! They worked long hours, unwavering and with good humour, until the job was completed. They cleaned everything up so that not even a bit of tile or nail remained on the ground. Our roof looks super and most importantly, has now been double tested with rain and wind. Reasonably priced, highly recommended.

They need to be careful about throwing all kinds of debris on residential sidewalks - other people live in the neighborhood and use the sidewalk as well.

We had a new roof put on 10 years ago by K2. Last night it poured with rain and we called Albert in the am. With in 30 minutes he was here in the down pour to fix our leak. Amazing customer service.

K2 Roofing did a wonderful job of my new garage roof. They were recommended to me by my neighbors who had used them for a new roof on their home. They have excellent, knowledgeable customer service. At our initial consultation, Kelly thoroughly described the work that needed to be done and the high quality materials that would be used. The job was done quickly with a complete clean up after. K2 Roofing will be my only choice for my roofing needs and I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

We called K2 to fix our deteriorating old roof, Kelly came and did a great job explaining to us how the process works and gave us a lot of customer referrals so that we could see what their work looked like on houses in our neighbourhood. Overall very pleased with the finished product, and we even had them come back to do some additional work to replace our fascia boards, because we were so happy with the roof. Thanks Kelly!
