I have stayed and worked with Co-Hosts a couple times. The attention to detail, consistent availability, customer service and polish make it a dream team to work and stay with. I can’t imagine another vacation rental company coming close to comparison!

Hands down the best executive short term rental company. I have used their services for both my own investment property and as a traveling tourist. Always responsive to their client and property needs, which keeps me a loyal customer & client : )

I have stayed in cohost properties numerous times as well as friends of mine. We are always impressed with the location, decor and vibe of the rentals. They truly feel like a home away from home. Through no fault of the hosts on a recent visit we experienced a plumbing issue (these things happen) . We were very impressed with the quick action taken by Laura and her team.Stay fabulous!

We are long time AirBnB users and Co-Host provided the worst customer service of any host we've dealt with. Without exception our experiences with AirBnB have been excellent. The property Co_host managed was not as promised, they refused to work together towards a solution and if not for corporate AirBnB our situation would never have been resolved. Shameful. The owners should know that Co-Host is the poorest example of what it means to host. This is my first bad review. I couldn't not say anything. The owners and the guests need to be forewarned. Avoid using Co-Host managed properties at all cost.

I have had the best experience with Co-Hosts; I have two executive condos managed by Laura and her team and cannot say enough about the positive experience I have had. Co-Hosts handles everything for me, and Laura goes above and beyond to make sure that both owners and guests have a positive experience at all times.If you are considering a stay in one of their suites or if you are an owner wanting a professional management company who you can trust give them a call you won't be disappointed!

I will always use Co-Hosts! They were accommodating in helping me with revising my itinerary, and alleviated my stress with with changing travel plans. Hosts here are great to communicate with. Happy to stay again when in Victoria!

Beautiful stay, amazing location, great communication. We stayed in a stunning one bedroom luxury suite in the Falls building, it was seamless getting into the unit and it was very well appointed. I will definitely be booking again with co-host on my next visit to Victoria!

I asked two questions of the Co-Hosts representative over a one week stay.One was to verify the pick-up location for the key. (There are three separate locations for you to store your luggage or to pick up keys depending on the day of the week and the time of day of your arrival. These locations are different from the location of your rental). We were walking from the ferry terminal, and we’d been given early check-in, so I just wanted to be sure we headed to the right place. The text I got back told me to follow the instructions.Next, the clothes dryer didn’t come on. It gave an error message to clean the lint traps. (There are two lint traps. One is metal on metal and is difficult to get open and closed). But I cleaned the lint traps again, followed the instructions again, then texted the representative to ask what the trick was. I was told to follow the instructions. I texted back that I had and was told that what I was saying was “off” since they’d just used the machine.So I sent a video of me following the instructions and the dryer not coming on. A representative came to the unit while we were out the next day, and I got a video of them turning the dryer on. But the video showed them NOT following the instructions!I pointed out that the video showed the instructions were wrong. The text response I got from the representative was: 1) turn on power 2) press start. NOT TRUE! I had the VIDEO! After cleaning the traps you have to hold start for three seconds, then wait and press start a second time. I probably would have figured it out, but ironically, I was following the (wrong) instructions!It sounds petty, and in a way it is. But it’s also really really bad customer service. And it’s too bad too because the unit was nice, and the location was good. We appreciated the early check-in.But the co-hosts representative was really hostile and sarcastic, choosing to take far more time and energy scolding me for having stupid questions and for not following instructions than it would taken to just be helpful.I’ve looked at Co-Host’s responses to other critical reviews about their customer service, and I want to say up front that I didn’t ask for any changes, accommodations, or refunds. I just had two question over a one week stay.I was also interested to see that the business was sold two years ago and that the web site and positive reviews about customer service refer by name to the old owner and pre-date the sale of the company. I was also interested to see a cluster of reviews dated x months ago. Some sites allow re-posting of older reviews. Others don’t. Others make it fairly easy to re-post old positive reviews even if they technically don’t allow it. I have no way of knowing if the positive reviews are current or older re-posts. But given my recent experience I did wonder.

Co-Hosts has been managing one of my properties. They do an amazing job furnishing and marketing it. I couldn’t be any happier as they are making me a higher return than If I were to rent it out myself. Thank you Laura and to your team.
