BRAVURA HOUSE

I bought a violin (along with a beautiful case) from Bravura House over a year ago. I was very pleased with the instrument and still am, it is a joy to play everyday and I don't think I will ever outgrow it. Also, David's service was exemplary - he answered all my questions in great detail and made a video for me where he showed me his violins and played them (since I could not look at instruments in person). I would highly recommend this store!

I am a professional violinist and teacher, many of my students play on the Bravura House 301 & 401 outfits. I have found them be of excellent quality and superior to instruments priced twice as much in most shops - both for purchase and for rental.David's customer service has been mentioned to me several times, my students find him both personable and knowledgeable. David did some exceptional work on my violin. I had been to Toronto on several occasions asking someone to check out my sound post, they always did a quick perfunctory look, took a measurement and said everything was fine. This was frustrating as I knew something was wrong. David was the only one who took the time to really look at the violin, agreed that the soundpost needed an adjustment and adjusted it. He also took time to do other adjustments to try to get optimal sound from the instrument and cared about it like his own. I am very grateful for this and happy with the tone coming from it now.
