BEST nutrition store to go to in Thunder Bay! Everyone is so wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about their amazing products. I've only had incredible experiences and the best customer service! Their smoothies are to die for.

I frequented Kelly's the past 3 days for smoothies. There are many reviews here detailing the poor customer service and dismissive attitudes of the staff. I can only imagine they dealt with the one very thin, short hair lady at the juice counter. Her attitude/energy is not one you'd expect in a holistic atmosphere. She is quite short and cold BUT Kelly herself and the fantastic associate, Nicki were both wonderful! Very pleasant and personable as we got to chatting. Prices are a bit higher than I am used to but I can assume that is because of rising costs and importing from metro cities. All in all, I would visit again when I need organic items/supplements and smoothies on the go.

Phenomenal Health Food Store. Excellent service with friendly staff. Pricing is exceptional for quality food and supplements. I also love that they sell some local vendors products such as; White Cedar Remedy topical pain relief cream. Shopping local is so important to me.

Going to Kelly’s is always such a great experience. The staff is so friendly and able to answer any questions I have about supplements or products. And of course I always leave with a freshly squeezed juice or smoothie from the bar. Oh, and their hummus is literally to die for!!!!

Excellent Service, friendly staff who know their products. Quality Canadian products, not only will they guide you to the items your interested in, they will explain them. Every time I go into Kelly’s I treat myself to a Smoothie that is made just for me. Healthy Smoothies that are so so good and full of nutrition. Don’t forget to check out their dried fruit, great for the winter months, I have them year round for the convenience. Be prepared to spend some time looking around as they cover a lot of products even locally made. The selections are endless. Highly recommend!!
