Schelter’s Elora is an outstanding Solution Place for the 2 non-profits for which I volunteer, and for my family. The women are VERY knowledgeable and provide customer care at a whole new level, suggesting perfect products for the task at hand. Two very unusual products, one being a report cover with uncommon dimensions, were ordered and were available for pickup in Elora in 2.5 days. Our productivity is much improved with Schelter’s Elora as a “team member”. 100% Local and Canadian is a HUGE Bonus. No more big box stores in the city for us!
