When interviewing realtors to help our parents sell their home we were impressed by Nate's understanding of the market, professionalism, and vision for selling the home. His calm demeanour and patience were a perfect fit for mom and dad to work with. He jumped in right away spending time on the property with tools and his team of painters and staging, provided by his wife, Melissa. The place looked fabulous and we were so proud of how it looked online. Through a number of negotiations were able to solidify a solid agreement with some great buyers and know that the home is in good hands. We're super thankful for all the work Nate put in. We had Jenna help us buy our first house in 2021. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We had no idea what we were doing and Jenna was a great help. We clicked right away and she was able to get us a house in a crazy market. We sold our house in 2022 and again used Jenna. This was when the market had shifted and was no longer as easy to sell a house. She was able to get our house sold within a week of listing it and for over asking. If we were to move back to London we would call her first!

Team Brooks - what a journey! I met Nathan through his website and from the first conversation I could tell he was not just a cold call sales guy. He was very genuine, actively listened, and took the time to answer all of our questions. It must have been over a year of just talking with Nathan, picking his brain, and him teaching us along the way. Once we were ready to buy he was very hands on, speaking with our mortgage broker to confirm all details so we knew exactly what we were working with. And then it happened, he found the perfect home for us in the right area. Through his network we learned about the upcoming listing ahead of time and purchased before it had a chance to hit the market, what a rush!
