Middle aged guy working the counter seems to have an attitude problem. Maybe he shouldn’t be customer facing.

Extremely overpriced. I’ve gone multiple times and walked out with shock. There are much better options than BoltsPlus that are a third of the price… I kid you not!

I've been dealing with Bolts Plus for a number of years now for my business. Great people, customer service, and selection. The only complaint is the website. There are plenty of times I have not shopped here because it takes too long or is impossible to find what you are looking for on the site. I think it does more harm than good. ...shame

Never left empty, people there always find stuff I came for. My go to place for hardware. Always answer phone, Very helpful even during lockdown.

Great place for safety and industrial supplies. Got our new shop all outfitted with everything we needed. Staff seem knowledgeable. Nice clean showroom.

In search of a number of very large stainless washers, I was impressed with the thorough customer service, product offerings and price at this store - which I found on the internet. Although the website didn't carry all the specs I needed, representative Ms.Terri Ralph was very expert at quickly finding and communicating that info.Concluding the sale was easy and professional. Also the delivery was exceptional with the rep going out of her way to get the product to me.I highly recommend Bolts Plus Newmarket!

Poor Customer Service ! Stood there for 10-15 minutes while the staff “gabbed” about all kinds of stuff. It seems serving customers is a low priority! I went to Princess Auto and got the hardware I needed in a fraction of the time and likely a lot less. I’m sure glad I do not own this business because the staff are not doing the owners any favours I’ll tell you.

Not impressed with their customer services. Went there to get 2 different sizes of Hex Socket Head Capscrews and washers. Even went to the point of creating a list from their website to provide, so part numbers were all there. They didn't need to do any part lookups - only 26 fasteners/washers total. Presented the list and the guy asked me if I could come back and pick them up later and what is phone number to call me. Yup, there was 4 people waiting to be served by 2 people behind the counter (2 already being served and 2 waiting). My order would have taken a few minutes to fill. I guess that was too long and too much trouble. Again not impressed - left and went else where and won't be going back any time soon.

Customer service must be hit or miss. I was here probably about 5 years ago to source some hex bolts for a bed frame. Had no issues with a fellow that took me to their back aisles to find the right sizing.
