Laval Hino

I booked an appointment for 7 am, there is no one there, walked around the building for 20 min until found a number to call, once I called to my surprise they do contact less service even before covid, you are not allowed to see what they are doing to your car, sounds like a scam, My intuition tells me to avoid this Laval Hino dealer at all cost not only will a 15 min repair could cost you 2 hour labour, but just like they dont tell you the procedure ahead of time, they can leave important details about inspection too....If someone has a great mechanic I am to take my big boy anywhere but this dealership.

If you want no problems STAY AWAY from this guys!!! They sold me a faulty truck and delayed me for months until my warranty was up. They knew of the problems the truck had but took advantage of me because I was moving far away with the truck. Do not believe a word they say, they simply do not check their trucks and will take advantage of you because you signed a contract. They are crooks and deserve to be out of business. Make sure to check if they are BBB accredited before spending a dime because you will regret it

The Worst service you can Possibly haveIf you Value your time and money go somewhere else.they charged 700$ to remove a sticker that was in dashthen after that saying that everything is good to go only to find out that we can start the truck.... so now i need to pay them more to check what they did.... cause before it work without any issue till it got to Hino Laval great job.. so let see how much they will charge me this ...

Do not buy trucks from this company, chances you'll regret it and spend lots of money fixing a faulty truck. We purchased a 2017 Hino 195 from Laval Hino earlier this year and it has been the worst investment anybody or company can do. They sold us a faulty truck without warranty, not even for Engine and Transmission, the truck has been sitting at the dealership half the time we've had it Your far better off buying a truck on Kijiji. We were ripped off!!From day one we purchased the truck from Montreal to Toronto we realized they were so many issues with the truck, constantly loosing power on the highway, tail gate switch not working, electrical problems. From one problem to another. All these details were communicated to the Manager Matt Lacovone and Salesperson Lyne Bernard and they said they will try to fix it whenever there is a problem we should take it to the dealership in Toronto because they didn't want the truck back, they have no confidence in their trucks but yet they sell them anyway. We just recently spent over $11,000 fixing an engine problem after buying a $60,000 truck except this time they said they can't fix it that the truck is used.This company claimed that the truck passed safety and yet the day we picked up this truck they were fixing a problem with the tailgate switch and said it was nothing serious and till this day it's still not working, they refused to disclaim any potential issues with the truck knowing that we were taking the truck to Toronto, 2 days later the truck begins loosing power down to 20km/hr on the highway, this is very dangerous we had to call the police and made a report about this. We told this company several times to take the truck back but they refused. There is no accountability with this company, they are not professional, bad services and only after making profit. Don't make the mistake we did. Be warned!!!

Had a tire change appointment for 9:00 am. After a THREE hour wait, we were told they didn't have the equipment at that garage to change the truck tires. They told us the truck needed to go to another garage where they had an opening for 2:00 pm. Practically a whole day wasted to have winter tires installed!!! Not happy

i am disappointed big time. I was loyal client to Hino Laval until my last visit.they fixed my starter which was functioning well . I asked them give me back my old starter they could not give it to me back. I had to pay for it luckily I paid with my credit card. I dispute this transaction.will not recommended to anyonehonestly .after my visit now my truck is leaking fuel . JUST LIKE A JOKEtruck was fine before now I have to bring somewhere else.

Experienced team, all departments included. Service department will take care of your truck and they will advise you well to how to keep your truck secure and reliable. If you buy used truck, they will make sure your product is A1 and well inspected. Thanks for your business.
