I am very pleased with the service I received here. The staff was very friendly and super helpful with matching an unknown paint chip for me. They even adjusted the colour slightly for me at no charge. Their attention to detail for such a small request was fantastic!

Terrible customer service. They are selling paint for god sake no brainier..DD..You don't need University degree to know how to speak to customers.I was hoping to get several cans of paint, stain and other things for my upcoming garage paint project and as soon as I walked in to the store I was asked by middle age lady with big chip on her shoulder if I needed help"

Great paint shop, no issues. Staff is always friendly and attentive. They've helped me a few times pick out pain colours, or suggested rollers etc. Price is more expensive than the big box stores, but the paint is great quality, so you need less. Also had a buy 2 get one free deal, which we took advantage of and just left it intimated. Were able to come back and swap for different finishes and get tinted at a later date.

First time customer later this afternoon. Was helped by a younger woman (didn’t get her name). She was a super star, great customer service from the second I walked in the door. To make it even better she matched my paint perfectly. Thank you !

Dealt with a rude staff member who seemed entirely uninterested in helping. Poor customer service . won’t be a patron at this location ever again. Very unwise to charge 25% more for tools and supplies while being unpleasant to your customers. As a contractor I spend hundreds a month at Benjamin Moore but never again at this location.
