The living room, hall and stairs look great . It’s nice that there’s no strong smell of chemicals after the cleaning is done. Juan was very friendly and professional.Definitely will use again.

I cannot leave any positive comments on this business. We requested air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and air conditioning cleaning. The guy said for our dryer cleaning, it's roof-top so an additional charge ($260 instead of $119) was conducted. But, our roof-top for the dryer is still dirty even right after the clean-up because he did not even go to the rooftop. He did everything in under 1 hour.... Quick & poor job for $585.90 service. We canceled our carpet cleaning scheduled with them and we will NEVER hire them again. Poor poor poor service. Just regretted to hire them for the first place.

We had Steam Dry Canada Home Depot Cleaning come clean our air vents and Gonzalo was awesome. He explained everything and answered all my questions. It was a great experience and I am very happy with the cleaning and service. Would highly recommend the company and Gonzalo was lovely and did a great job. Thanks

They did the work but it was a poor job. The guy could not connect to my main furnace duct as it was too small and he did not have a reducer. He ended up connecting to an air vent instead after I gave my approval to continue otherwise, I would have been charged a $50 cancellation fee. Only one guy showed up and in some cases did not remove the air duct blowing air through the grill. He was wearing a wireless headset and it seemed like he was either watching videos or listening to music while working. He did the intake ducts at the same time as the output ducts and did not clean the intake properly, a couple days later my furnace filter, which I had changed a month ago was full of debris and had to be changed again.In contrast, the previous crew had two guys, they had a reducer that connected to my furnace intake and output and I did not have an issue with having to replace the filter afterwards. Safe to say that I will not be using Home Depot's duct cleaning services again.

Gonzalo and Justin did a phenomenal and professional job cleaning our furnace and dyer vents. I can confidently recommend them and the company to anyone else needing the same work done. I wish everyone could be as reliable and professional as these guys.

Juan the carpet cleaner was very thorough in cleaning our stairs and hallway carpet. I appreciate the good result of his work. Highly recommended.

Seemed to do a good job at first. Then we had a strange noise in our furnace. Called an HVAC tech. Turns out they only connected to one side of the heating ducts and blew all the cold air return dust into the furnace filter. Effectively only cleaned 1/4 of the system. When I called to complain they only offered to send him back again. Would not recommend.

I have allergies. Gonzalo made sure that my allergies is not triggered while he is doing the work. He also recommended the service that I did not know exist duct sanitizing. Good job. Thanks Gonzalo

I was able to request being the first client of the day and Juan arrived just after 7:30 which was perfect. He gave me advice on how to keep the carpet clean and did a good job of getting out the stains that were there. I would use this service again.
