Upper Bathurst Animal Clinic

A patient with UBAC for the past 3+ years. Excellent service, responsive to calls and emails, and very friendly staff! Had a few emergencies and they were quick to squeeze me in for an appointment the same day. Really appreciate the team at UBAC for being a place my puppy and I can trust and rely on. Parking can be tight in the small plaza they are located.

When my dog, Rocky needs to visit the clinic all I need to tell him is “Let’s go see Cathy” and we’re on our way. I’m very happy with the care we receive from all the staff at the clinic. It’s evident that all the staff truly care about all their patients. Over the years Rocky has been well cared for. Thanks to all!

My first visit at the clinic I was very impressed how amazing the customer service was upon arrival. Even better Dorin Dogar was excellent. He showed that he cared about my dog’s health, was very knowledgeable and I was so impressed. The clinic is a bit far from my home but I will travel just because he is amazing.

I have a serious challenge with my aging 20 year old abandoned cat. He claimed me in 2012 up north the same day I moved in. Him and I have traveled around Ontario alot his veterinarian was in Kitchener, but my car engine blew up a couple of months ago, so we could not go out there. I was very scared going to a new vet who didn't know us. First, I called the girls so sweet and loving that they made me feel safe in taking this step. They were able to fit me in right away, and they also did all the leg work in getting Gingers files from my previous clinic. When I arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and it was as if I had always been going there. When we met Dr. Dorin Ginger responded positively. Dr. Dorin was open to helping me care for my cat in the most natural way possible, which means the world to me. His compassion and love for animals are very present. He helped me come up with a plan to keep my Ginger comfortable and as healthy as possible as he ages. When an animal is aging, we can't control what is going to happen, but we can make sure that the process is full of grace. Upper Bathurst Animal Clinic is a blessing to me and Ginger. I can not say enough about how grateful I am that I found them!!!❤

I am very happy with this clinic. All staff are friendly and professional. We have tried so many clinics before and non of them were able to provide same quality service as Upper Bathurst clinic. All other clinics we have been in always try to upsell you and offer unnecessary costly services. Doctors in Upper Bathurst clinic are honest and do not act pushy. If you are looking for a new clinic to bring your pet, this is your best option!

My girls both needed surgery last fall and are in perfect health for 13 1/2 yr old babies! I was so worried as they both had been diagnosed with heart conditions, 1 more serious than the other. The staff at Upper Bathurst Clinic were so loving, friendly and reassuring. The best veterinarians, surgeon and technicians I have ever known. Love everyone there and am most grateful for their support in everyway.

We're very lucky to have such a good vet like Aldad. Always giving us very good advice and he helped us in an emergency that we had with our puppy. Front desk ladies always smiling and answering questions. Overall very happy with the clinic.

We love the vets and staff at the Upper Bathurst Animal Clinic. They are attentive to all our dog related needs. We have two 70 pound doodles who get all their care here and we are 100% satisfied with the vets and all the friendly professional staff at the clinic.

emergency happens and my cat got cut I needed stitches I call the clinic at about 3:30 in the afternoon and they told me they are fully booked for today in a normal world the secretary will ask me what is the condition of the cat and maybe let me talk to the vet so he can assess the emergency. end of the day I had to go to an emergency room, what is the point of having a vet when at the moment you needed the most nobody really cares as long as you will come all the time do the vaccination and all the other little treatments. very disappointing

I needed an urgent appointment for my dog while my usual vet was away, and was able to get an appointment for next morning at this clinic. The ladies at reception were super nice. The vet, Dr. Dorin Dogar, was great. He was very gentle with my dog and was able to get all needed testing done, patiently answer all my questions, and provide the treatment she needed. I was very impressed that he also brought up that my dog, being a whippet, should be checked for heart conditions as this breed is at higher risk for them (something that I already knew from talking to other whippet owners and whippet breeders, but found that many other vets are unaware of this and have talked me out of getting my dog tested in the past). I would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Dogar.
