Holiday Inn Mississauga Toronto West

Our stay started off bad, we received a room which the bathroom door was shut, I work at a hotel so I thought that was very weird, as soon as we opened the door the smell was horrific, very strong urine smell. So we went downstairs the receptionist named Ali Saad was amazing, gave us a cleaned room and made sure the manager would know. The price was a bit too expensive for what you got 315$ yikes, especially for the location. Not worth it. Hotel said there was a restaurant and bar but it was closed the whole time. What can you do, it is what it is. Go here if it’s literally the last hotel available.But thank you again Ali!

Stayed here for two nights with my husband during a work trip. Checking in was a breeze & we were even able to check in a little early with no charge!It was in a great location with lots of restaurants around and easy to get to. It was also about a 15 min drive to the mall as well as the airport.Rooms were pretty standard & the pool was a bonus for the kids.They offer a breakfast buffet for $15. Which I found to be a little better quality then other locations.It wasn’t too busy while we were there so zero complaints about noise. The beds were also very comfortable and I LOVED the easy online check out option! We were able to just pack up and leave without any delays at all.All in all it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend!

Stayed for a week recently. Our room was clean (especially compared to other HI's in the area where I have stayed). I appreciated the actual hand soap in the bathroom over the typical beauty bars."One elevator was broken the entire week we stayed

Do not book it unless you’re desperate and don’t really have a choice.The service was awful, the manager (he looks like the manager) was arrogant. We asked for extra towels (since we were 4) and he directly became defensive and said they put 4 and to check the room before speaking. We checked the room and no extra towels were added, there were only 2. I called front desk to ask for extra towels of each category (small, medium and large) but they only gave us 2 large towels.The room wasn’t the cleanest, the curtains were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well…In conclusion: only when you’re desperate
