How sad to read all the reviews and see how unprofessional these people are consistently. Its amazing that after all the financial stress everyone is under after Covid that this company still believes they should belittle and disrespect everyone. I had to deal with them because of an administrative issue between Shaw and Telus and within seconds of the first call this woman was so rude, talking over me, yelling, insulting, condescending. All I was asking was for her to explain my options to protect my credit, I could barely finish a question without her jumping all over me. Then when I told her she was rude she would say awwwwwwww you think I'm rude?" over and over like she was trying to call me a baby. It was honestly like dealing with a 15 year old girl. Guess this means they are a "good" collection agency because they act like monsters to people who are struggling."

I switched internet providers and was waiting for an updated invoice for the return of my modem, probably over the span of about one month. Didn’t realize they would refund it after I paid my final bill. Otherwise I’ve paid all my bills on time. I got a phone call from a woman named Ariel who was incredibly rude, harassing and threatening me and my credit score it was really confusing. Shaw is telling people this company has nothing to do with them as well.

I just got a call from this company, and all I say is wow.The woman was extremely rude - would not let me speak or ask her what she was even talking about.Apparently it has something to do with Shaw, and I’ve never been with them before so she clearly has the wrong person. I ended up just hanging up on her and blocking the number.Do better.

I have only had email correspondence with this company due to only having my email on my Shaw Direct account. I have an agreement on my bill WITH Shaw DIRECTLY but CBCA continues to try and get me to pay them instead of Shaw. Not happening I will continue my agreement with Shaw. I have even complained to shaw about them. They also got the phone number of someone with my similar name who I know and have been harassing them. How they got the number is beyond me, but they do not believe it is not my number, continues to call and be rude to said individual even after I provided a number via email that they can contact ME on if they must, but they will get the same response as they did via email—I WILL COMMUNICATE WITH SHAW ONLY. This company is nothing but rude, ignorant people who think they are entitled and know everything.

Agent contacted me while making dinner. No hello & no asking if they were interrupting. I was making dinner however, I took a break to accommodate & gather info.Wanted to verify the account #, kinda important to be 110% to ensure they get paid & is removed from credit report. The agent literally had the audacity to ask why I requested her to wait/hold in this snarky & condescending tone... I did over react & called her a f$$king b$$ch! But man I hate people that are rude & ignorant like that. I don't treat people like that so I'm definitely not gonna allow them to treat me like that in return.Just rude, unprofessional, arrogant, & condescending.

Just got a letter and being told me I owed money to Shaw which because I am in process of returning equipment. And when I tried to call them, a man finally said “...go to hell” and hung up on me! I then called Shaw and they said they have nothing to do with this company it’s a scam! Here is the letter they send to me.

A woman just called me and told me I owed money to Shaw which I do because I am in process of returning equipment and they agreed to adjust the final amount once they get it and put on hold did to coronavirus shutting everything down. She then said “I hope you get coronavirus and die!” And hung up on me! I then called Shaw and they said they have nothing to do with this company it’s a scam!

We were not impressed at all with the way this company held their business with us. My family have already changed internet providers and continued to harass both my husband and mom in law for an amount owing with SHAW (a provider we will never associate with again!). They treated my family as if we were criminals owing an extensive amount. Shirely was rude!

Disregard calls from Lolis". Will threaten to "report you to the credit bureau" even if you have paid off dues directly with Shaw. They only do this so that you will give them your reference number and then they get to collect their commission. If she had been nicer instead of being so condescending then I likely would have given her that information out of pity. Too bad she's rude and aggressive. Better luck next time."
