AquaPRO Pools & Hot Tubs

Our hot tub didn't start in spring and I was originally dealing with another company and it took them forever to figure out what th issue was then the parts weren't available, in my desperation I googled fr a spa company I called aqua pro to get second opinion and I was helped by Anne, she and her team are brilliant, efficient and proactive. My spa pack needed a replacement, they immediately figured out the problem, they checked on th specs and within 2 weeks It was all done with replacement. Such great customer service. I will go forward with their services as they truly won me over! I met Anne in person too today so friendly and you can tell they go the extra mile for their customers and it's so appreciated!

Had some issues dealing with other local Hot tub companies. Between hot tub guys and electricians no one company does both. Then I found AquaPRO on line. They came over fast and dealt with my issues on the spot. They have an Electrician on staff and also hot tub technician. Between the team they figured out the issues and had it fixed in 1 hour. I dealt with 3 electricians and 2 visits form local hot tub company prior to AquaPRO. Arnold and his team are fantastic. 5 stars for sure...I wouldn't deal with anyone else..

After doing my research I decided to purchase a Marquis hot tub. Aqua pro what is the closest dealer to me. I find the best employees at this company were The technicians. I do find this dealer to be over priced especially for replacement parts. If you do need replacement parts you are better off ordering from pool and hot tub depot out of London Ontario. The employees there are much more knowledgeable and you can purchase the same parts that aqua pro would sell at much greater savings. Not to mention I recommend just putting a deposit on the hot tub and wait till it is installed before paying the balance due to when I originally had my hot tub installed by them they took an extra three weeks past the promised install date after I had paid the entire balance. I will not be purchasing a future hot tub from this company.

I hate leaving negative reviews but this place deserves one.Not knowing much about pools, I thought I made a wise choice hiring a local pool company to do my maintenance. Unfortunately I picked the wrong company. Bad communication, unreliable service and very poor customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable honest company with integrity, look elsewhere.My repose to the owners response:1. When the pool was opened, I was supposed to fill up the pool, I had no idea, this information was communicated to a lawn mowing company That randomly come to cut our grass. I only found that out after a week when I called in.2. I got a call on a Thursday morning while I was driving that the breaker needed to be reset , I reset that breaker a few hours later and immediately called the and left the owner a VM, I also came to the store later that day to make sure they knew that I had called. I kindly requested they came back ASAP as my kids were excited for the pool. 7 days later no one came in.3. I went to the store and friendly expressed my frustration a week later and told them they had an opportunity to turn me into a satisfied customer, the manger was very rude and unkind. So I requested for a refund.4. I am however grateful for the experience because I am now dealing with an amazing pool company, the difference in quality of service, promptness and customer service is night and day.

We purchased the Crown Resort with MicroSilk. The hot tub is amazing, even though it was delayed from Sept 21, it was worth the wait. My wife particularly loves the MicroSilk feature. Thank you to Arnold and Jason who accommodated the installation schedule. Loving the Hot Tub!

Amazing service and high quality products! They were so helpful in giving me step by step instructions on opening my hot tub, they saved me over $300 by teaching me how to do it myself. I highly recommended going to them for your hot tub and/or pool needs! 10/10

I purchased a new spa in 2020 and I spoke to many, many spa dealers before going with AquaPRO. They were the only company that didn't seem like I was dealing with a pushy used car salesperson and the only company that could get us the spa we wanted in the midst of the pandemic. I had lots of questions along the way and always got a response within an hour anytime of day or week. Staff has been knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

We just had an excellent experience with AquaPRO. We bought a house that has a Sundance Spa. Unfortunately it malfunctioned over the holidays. I called AquaPRO (on a Sunday) and setup an appointment for 3 days later. The woman who booked me, asked lots of questions and gave me suggestions on how to make sure the problem didn't get worse, or freeze.Jason arrived as scheduled and immediately put me at ease. He knew this was our first spa, and walked me through the operation and maintenance of the spa from start to finish. He diagnosed the sensor problem, made the repair and then stayed to do a water change. He knew this spa inside and out.I feel much more comfortable with our spa now, and have a much better understanding about that bucket of chemicals the previous owner left for us.Thanks for the good service.
