Got them for snow removal for the winter months. Competitive price and more importantly, on-time service! Awesome people and extremely prompt service! I have referred them to my friends already and would continue to use their services in the future. Please keep doing great work!

Too much to type . Disappointed. I will not recommend… I have time now. First off you did not confirm a day or time. Your reception just kept saying... Wednesday or Thursday back in late May which you never showed up for that week. I wanted to be here in person to meet you so I can show you what I needed done in my backyard. So yes I hired another company because you did not show the first time you were suppose and my grass was overgrown. You processed to show up knowing you did not cut my grass another company did but we’re charging me for work you did not do? My overgrown grass was already cut the first time you decided to show up unannounced As seen on camera of you just coming and looking around, my pathway lights and fence have been broken. My grass is 90% brown which does not grow fast or much. I already had a plan with current lawn care company. I was not aware you were coming here pretending to already cut my grass when it was already. I received only one invoice for 3 visits which sparked my attention to call. I chose to find another company when you were a no show back in May. Yes I did say the customer service was bad because she could not give a day just Wednesday or Thursday was not good enough .I would of had my first cut by your company but you ghosted me. Did you except me sit around with overgrown grass and then you charge me more? Hell no. I did not pay because there was no invoice until after the 3rd ..you were sneakily lying about the job. No pictures had been taken by your crew which they are suppose too right. Bottom line .. upon arrival you were aware my grass was overgrown…if you show up and it was cut low.. would of meant the yard was done before you arrived by someone else . That’s just common sense. Did you question yourself… why does she need it cut if the job was done?.. did you knock on door? Did you call to ask ? No you did not. Take ownership for actions. No you continue to bill me knowing you were never the first company to cut the grass. Terrible on your part to take advance of people. Just remember people have cameras that are not to visible from the outside. So please don’t continue to treat in such ways. Lol so if you were”cutting the grass”like you said you were then the furniture would of been moved for you cut around. Nice try.

Somerset has earned another loyal customer! After having my shoulder reconstructed and unable to lift a plate let alone shovel snow we went with Somerset for the first time. Always on time, great job (even did extra out back just because). Office staff responsive and invoicing handled correctly and timely. So happy we've booked them for a spring cleanup on the lawns!

I am a new customer this winter. I became very sick and can't shovel snow so I hired them. Also I was having trouble with city snow plowing, the city dumps the snow from the road into the area in front of my driveway making it difficult to get thru, Somerset cleared the snow there to! They are fantastic and I highly recommend them!!

I had high hopes to use this company year round, first time using this company did not feel like a great customer service experience. Seems like they are more focused on excuses rather than service. They did the bare minimum and it didn’t break the bank, but didn’t go above and beyond. Will search for another company for lawn and snow removal.

My lawn has just received a spring clean up and it was excellent. The crew that did the work was very efficient and very professional. I highly recommend Somerset Lawn and Snow for this type of work. I have used them for over five years now and I have never been disappointed. Great service.

Started with them in November 2022, for snow removal and I have to say it has been an amazing experience. No calling or emailing on snowy days, they are prompt and reliable. Sidewalks are always cement clear. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company for efficient, thorough and responsive snow removal services. They were able to set up a custom package for my elderly mother catering to her unique snow removal needs. Having an assigned individual brings her peace of mind as she recognizes them each time… a very “senior friendly approach”!

We hired them for snow removal and found that they were wonderfully efficient, diligent, and consistent. They were also very communicative, especially when there was a large snowfall or other weather warning, to let us know the status of things and to keep us updated on how snow removal was going in the area given the current conditions.Additionally they're very pleasant to deal with, which is always much appreciated as well. All in all I would definitely use them again.
