Purchased an eon deck from this builder a few years back. I’ve had nothing but problems with it from a loud creaking noise to the post lights not working etc... I’ve contacted this builder about the creaking noise and he told me “some decks creak and some don’t” After paying 14,000$ for this deck I would think he would have come to fix the problem. He offered no solution to the problem and I have never heard from him again. Buyer beware! Do not use this builder for your deck needs. He does not stand behind his workmanship and do not expect him to address any issues you may have with your deck. He’s just another typical get the money and the rest is your problem type of scheister.

We had an EON deck built in 2019 and 1 year later board's lifting and fading. We contacted by calls and emails and no response had to keep following up and when we did get a hold of them stated they came by however nothing was done. Our deck looks like we had it for 20 years absolutely dissatisfied and now we have to take other measures. The customer service along with demeanor is not professional at all!!!

Steve Buscaglia did an excellent job on our deck. He made sure his crew did their work right.They cleaned up everything when they were done, then he had his crew put all the deck furniture back in place. He gave us a list of do’s and don’t and sat down with us and went over each item and answered our questions. He told us to expect creeping sounds when the deck expends from the heat and contracts when it cools down. I would recommend Buscaglia Deck to anyone.

This contractor did awful work. I also had an EON deck installed. My deck has literally self destructed over the years This contractor would not return my repeated calls initially to fix problems The real kicker is they installed the deck on top of my septic tank, and now the deck has to be disassembled to get access to it. Seeing as they built it right over the vent they should have brought it to our attention. This is going to cost me 1000’s to correct
