Won't go back ever again. I've been going to them since I started my taxes and I made an appointment for a confirmation email went in for my appointment and they said they never received my appointment and it will be a couple hours wait was super upset that I had a confirmation and they didn't even get it

If you are dealing with a return that involves world income I would highly suggest this location and deal with Terry directly. Him and this location were the only H&R block in Kingston that was able to properly process my return and rectify errors done on previous returns at different locations.
