Yuppie Puppy

I have been a client for some time. At the time of my dog's last grooming I asked a couple of questions namely about why it takes about 4 hours to have a grooming done on a small co-operative dog. I feel they make their appointments to suit themselves and then they leave the dog in a cage during much of that time. The owner says they are just enjoying their time with the dogs... I also asked why you can't even go inside to see their operation. I have never set foot through the door so have no idea of the organization or cleanliness of their shop. This policy was instituted during COVID but the owner says that's no longer the reason. She claims it is too noisy and would cause too much confusion. The owner took great offense to my questions and basically told me to take my business elsewhere.

Love coming to this dog grooming place. My dog has been coming here for many years and they are the best in town. Plus they are so kind and always great to the dog. Thank you to the Yuppie Puppy team!

We have a keeshond who HATES getting wet or anywhere near a bath. For the first few years we had him, we bounced around different groomers and found he was developing a strong anxiety towards any of them, that is UNTIL we brought him to Cheryl. Plus the adorable photoshoot after the pups are done gives some amazing themes throughout the years and some good memories of your baby.They have completely revolutionized their contribution to the grooming industry in a way that puts the dogs FIRST. Their business model removes any distractions that cause the dogs anxiety (call to drop off the dog, no walk-ins, no window watching, etc). I can guarantee that this is a very big factor why my big baby bundle of anxiety dog is actually happy and thrilled to see his friends at Yuppie Puppy.The team here cares for their dog clients literally like their own dogs. My guy is welcomed to their shop like he is an old family member, and he is always excited to see them.Do your dogs a favour, Yuppie Puppy is the last groomer you'll ever need.

I have a Wire Fox, and not only did they know how to do the haircut they also have a terrier specialist it won't make your Airedale look like an Irish

Nice they took me in right away but this was by far the worst nail trim my dog has ever gotten. Not sure if they even cut anything off. Long uneven and sharp

After a bad experience where a groomer knicked our pup with the clippers, I was worried about taking him to a new place. Trish was amazing. She listened to my concerns and was patient with Nash (our 9 month old Australian Labradoodle). He came out after being groomed and I swear he was smiling! His summer cut was perfect. We literally have people stopping us to compliment him on how soft he is and how good he looks. I am so happy to have found our forever groomer!!!

There is no greater groomer salon for les puppies than yuppie puppy, they deliver in a pinch and when you need the hound dialled right in.

I pre booked my Pomeranian in for an appointment after my long term groomer moved away. The first time I went there I felt unwelcomed and that they were trying to rush to get everyone in the door. I understand being busy but if there’s not enough time then don’t accept new clients. They said they called me half way through the appointment to say that it would be more expensive (which is fine but I never actually got a phone call). When I tried to pre book the second appointment at pick up they walked away before I could say anything immediately after collecting payment. The second appointment was also a red flag, they said they’ve never seen my dog before and asked how I wanted the cut. They suggested at the first appointment to trim a little more as before he was getting quite tangled. They ended up cutting all his outer coat off and now is permanently damaged. Disappointed in how we were treated and wouldn’t recommend

I wouldn't trust any other groomer but Yuppie Puppy to take care of my boy, Atlas. They do a phenomenal job, and ensure you are happy with the results of your pet.
