Wow wow wow! I was sent here for an issue with a rim lug and wow again, Marc knows his stuff. Got me out of there very quick and after talking to him about some other odd issues with my car, I will be returning.

Mark was excellent to deal with and very professional. He took my car in right away when i was having issues with my AC and was easy to reach when I wanted to check in. He was transparent with his pricing and there were no unexpected items on the bill. There was an issue after the first repair, and when i called, he took my car in right away and got to work fixing everything within a day. He also took the time to explain things to me which i really appreciated. Great customer service

He fixed my exhaust and I appreciate the fact that he took his time to explain what he did, and what he found as well as what the cost would be! We will definitely keep going back. It was also nice that he let my boyfriend (Alvaro) use his loaner car. Thanks again!!Stephanie

Had an air conditioner problem. First shop I went to couldn't find the problem. I paid their bill and resolved to look elsewhere. I wound up at Mark's Auto Air Kitchener. After talking with Mark for a few minutes, I knew they would find the problem. And they did. This is a place where they know auto air conditioning and they know what they're doing. I'll be going back for regular auto maintenance and repair.

Good. My car died and the recommended shop had a 3-6 wait period. Mark's was in the same area, took my car right away and called back quickly with the problem. Offered two ways to deal with it,both more than I wanted to put into the vehicle Decided to go with new to me vehicle, they would deal with the carcass""

His estimate is twice the price from the other shop. Make sure you shop around and you have an idea of the issue else he will sweet talk you.

went there with my boyfriend, good customer service still but i don’t think we’ll be coming back ever since the girl left, she really took the time and care. i would put 1 star, but i do like simon though, have to give credit!

I’ve been to Mark’s for A/C issues and Exhaust issues. What I like about him is that he takes the time to show you what he replaced and talks about what he did. Leaves you feeling relieved. My AC has never blown colder air before! Mark knows his Stuff, I’ll be coming back for sure!
