Shake It Up DJ Service

From the start we should have known to not continue with this service. Ben was incredibly difficult to plan with, he missed multiple planned phone meetings and took weeks to respond to emails. The wedding package my sister chose included a photo booth, and not until the evening of her wedding she found out it was not at the venue. We were not notified about this, we had to unfortunately find out for ourselves when we showed up. This photo booth was one of the main reasons this company was initially chosen. The DJ that showed up to the wedding (who was not the planned owner, Ben) was completely unaware of the special songs and requests that were made by the bride and groom. The DJ who did show up mentioned how he normally likes to meet with the couple ahead of time, but was begged" to do the wedding 3 days prior. Again

Fantastic company to work with - played great music for our Wedding and know how to read the room and adjust their playlist accordingly. Would 100% recommend for your event.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.We hired them for a community event where we were showcasing three videos. First, they showed up an hour and a half late. Then things quickly went from bad to worse. They did not bring the proper equipment to show the video so had to have someone shuttle over a projector and AV cord. Then, for our premiere video, they could not get the sound to work, it was essentially inaudible. Yes, you read correctly....the sound didn't work. For the next two videos, apparently their computer didn't have enough memory so the videos lagged and paused and lagged and paused. Did I mention that this was in front of 125+ guests?? Did I mention that the feature of this event was the three videos??WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

By far the best dj/sound/lighting service in town. Amazing pricing, extraordinary customer service, as well as, well dressed, professional, personable, and outgoing employees. The music they play is always getting the crowd moving! Music for everyone to enjoy young or old I gaurentee you will be on the dance floor all night long. We have now booked them for 4 of my family members weddings coming up in the next 2 years, and could not even think about booking someone else. Truly and honestly the best. Look no farther.
