The service here is amazing. We were upgrading 3 phones and the transaction went smoothly considering it’s holiday season and it’s 3 device. Habib assist us. He’s very efficient and customer service is A! I rarely get good customer service these days. Another associate Ibrar also helped us with my sister’s phone that won’t open and he was able to help without extra charge. Kudos to these two! You guys are amazing!!!

Went to STC Freedom Mobile Store today May 24, 2023 with my wife and was greeted by HABIB (freedom associate). We are very pleased for his excellent customer service. He explained the details he offered and was very straight forward. The service was fast and we are happy for our experience during our visit.5 stars for Habib" and keep up the good work. Got my new phone from here. Ibrar was great throughout the whole interaction. He was patient, courteous and very informative. Answered all of my questions with care. Definitely recommend.Great plans for new phones with Freedom. Much cheaper than Bell or Rogers and with their improved network, I'd say freedom is a better choice than the big two companies.
