Tried few times and it’s always good. When it’s deep fried, it can have a cruncy outside but is still soft at the inside. Will definitely order again and cook it with different styles.

Tempeh Goodness is an excellent product. It freezes well, thaws well and is very versatile. My husband and I grilled it, fried it and also combined it with ground walnuts to make a taco filling. It was delicious glazed with a simple soy/maple syrup combination and grilled. It was delicious fried with the same glaze. Then we combined the rest with ground walnuts, mushrooms, seasonings and spices and used it as a taco filling as well as a salad topping. All delicious, filling and satisfying. The flavour is both clean and umami, if that makes sense. Recommended.
