This is a Korean restaurant in Washgo, ON and probably is one of the few if not the only one. Keeping that in mind, I got the Beef Japche (stir fried glass noodles with beef pieces and onions+peppers) Korean dish $14.95 + tax and partner got the Beef Bibimbap (Rice with Beef pieces and some veggies) $14.95 + tax. A little bit of Kimchi (fermented pickled cabbage), not great taste, was served on the side. The Japche was okay however the Bibimbap was steep price to pay for barely any meat and too much rice with no real Korean hot sauce to serve; was given Siracha. No side dishes (little tiny tapas) were served as per regular Korean affairs when you order platters. Two dishes and a coke was $42 after taxes and tip. Waitress was nice but she didn't know anything about Korean food which I think there should be some effort made to taste it and understand it. But hey kudos for exposing Korean food to the locals.

I would give the food a 4.5 if I could. We were a table of two and the only customers when we arrived. Our tea came out quickly, and our food was pretty fast. Eggs, bacon and toast (very lightly buttered, stayed warm and just the right crunch) were excellent. The potatoes are cubed, deep fried, lightly salted and have a nice crunch on the outside. I would visit again if there were no more than 6 customers ahead of me. There was only one person working. He was friendly and could easily handle up to 8 people. Since he was doing everything, I would not want to follow the 2 tables of six that arrived when we were leaving.Only issue was with the pancakes. They are not fluffy and have an odd after taste. If I lived in Washago I would try to teach them a better recipe...just avoid the pancakes and all should be good.Fruit and asparagus were unexpected and appreciated!

Ordered a burger and fries. They took a long time to get it ready compared to the other side of the menu. People came in after and left before us. Fries were store bought, meh and not seasoned at all. What they lacked in flavor they made up with giving you a ton. The burger was tasty and seasoned well.

Overall would not recommend. The service was horrible. It wasn’t busy at all but the three other tables waited a very long time for anything to come to the table including drinks. The people working were yelling loudly at each other in the back. The tables had not been wiped and no music of any kind. It was very quiet and awkward environment. Food was very expensive and tiny portions. My kids wouldn’t eat it, they said it tasted funny. I tried both things and it had an odd aftertaste.

The only issue was we waited 30 mins for our food. It was good when we got it. And the price was really high. $61 for 2 cheese burgers and boneless chicken chunks with 2 pop.

What a delicious surprise. The food here is outstanding. The portions were a perfect size. The food was on the pricey side, but in this case I didn't mind since this food hit every taste receptor I have and put a smile on my face.

Delicious! We had breakfast here several times. Today, the owner had to play multiple roles as he is under staffed and currently hiring servers. We're locals. It'd be nice to see some local students come help out! Beats gassing up and driving to Orillia for work!

This place is a hidden gem! Great fish and chips and sushi. I would like to learn more about Korean food and come back soon! The man who cooked our food was so kind and sweet. Love it!
