Love the food here. It's all very fresh ingredients, baked in the oven. So it's nice and hot. I love the cheese pizza and lasagna here. They taste so wonderful! The staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite pizza place!

Staff helped me to choose Charcoal Pizza.It was so tasty; it’s a lot lighter to digest & not at all Chewy like regular pizza. Never had this kind of Pizza before. Thanks to Staff who helped me out & provided me the information about New Charcoal Dough.Definitely going to try it again.

The pizza was mediocre. Tasted like it was thin crust instead of regular and there wasn’t enough tomato sauce. The potato wedges are overdone and dry. However, I did like the vegan cheese.

Delicious!! Ordered the new charcoal crust and dairy-free cheese. It was amazing. My new go-to pizza place. Thank you Pizza Nova for having a vegan option for us.

On April 5 2022 i put in a delivery order for a pizza and wings in which the dipping sauces were wrong but more importantly the pizza order was wrong, the delivery driver asked me to go down to get the order which I found totally unacceptable and wrong and he asked me if I could pay with something other than cash in which it was clearly stated on the receipt how I would pay which was cash, i had to wait for him to come up with the change in which it was $30 and asked if I wanted the change back!!!! The whole experience was awful and the stores should train the drivers to be professional, respectful and responsible. Will not be ordering from this location again!!!!

I been coming to this pizza nova since 2000, quality of pizza has severely downgraded at this location. A lot of times the pizza is undercooked or nearly burnt. I don't recomend this location.

I've been ordering from this location for a couple of years. Pizza is ok considering I have a gluten allergy. Today, they outside themselves! The crust is perfect, pizza came piping hot and delicious.

I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and onions from kingston and morning-side location for the first time.I was not satisfied with their quality. Pizza was not good as compared to the other locations nearby.
