Good prices but sometimes you can wait an hour to get parts. The price usually makes the wait worth while. Service was great.

Very bad customer service. I bought AC cool Refrigerant today. When the AC tech wanted to put them in my car, they did not work. I took them to another place, the same thing happened ,they did not work. It turned out that they are very bad quality because it worked with another brand. I went to the customer service to return them but they said that they are not returnable. However, the invoice does not say that these stuff not returnable. It says only the electronic parts are not returnable. Also, the guy who sold me that, he did not say that these stuff not returnable. There are no sign in the store says that. I told that to customer service buy they did Not want to return it. He told me, “you Can talk to any one in the store but I am not going to return it”.

Shameful. In the past, all parts that I had purchased and installed failed either out of the box, or within a few months to a year. Brakes, tie rod, ball joint, strut assemblies you name it. I will happily be spending more money on quality aftermarket or factory oem parts. Cheap for a reason, but, you do get what you pay for.

Poor customer service. I told cashier I don’t want receipt and invoice stapled. He seemed agitated by my harmless request and argued with me. Then another staff member came close yelling at me. Pretty weirdly aggressive and rude business model.

Had everything I needed for my car at a great price. Staff was very helpful

Good but: Why don't they tell customers at the start that there is a 20% restock fee on returns as it says on the receipt? is this is the same for all products? I went to buy items today and they said they are returnable within 30 days, but they don't verbally mention the 20% restock fee. This could be see as huge inconvenience or worse.
