I have travelled the world and never used a visa service until ..... the Russian visa! After much reading and searching the web I decided to use a visa service this time. I’m so glad I did. Over two days of putting the application together I had constant guidance from one staff member. This is so much better than dealing with a different person every time a question arises. It allows for continuity and less frustration. Paula Marques was my Guide and she was outstanding. Together we put together all the pieces required for a Russian visa and this morning it arrived. I sent off my visa to Montreal but during office hours there was no one there to accept the Fedex package. I was a bit disappointed but the gal working there, Paula made it right. i would suggest that in the future perhaps a Temp would be good especially if the only person in the office had to go out. Other than that I am very happy and will use Visa HQ again. Now I am waiting on my visa so the entire process is not quite finished. I am assuming there will be no more hiccups.Thankyou Paula.

scam, sadly .. could've used the money i wasted on this and put it towards my official visa application and also saved some time.DONT USE!

Reply efficiency is very low, it is very difficult to contact with. I submitted my documents to them at the first time , but they did not submit my application to the Consulate after a long time and every time I asked about it they told me wait wait and wait. It drives me sleepless and headache. I just want to know what happened and why they did not submit my application ! Their service is awful and I am totally anxious everyday !

Its not what they advertise. I paid $130 thinking they would expedite things, not at all. They offered to review my documents" and recommended me to frequently check the embassy website to get an appointment.... No help at all. Total waste of money. Did not even recommend to mail the documents to the embassy beforehand which was the right thing to do. Total waste of money!!"

Its a scam i paid 114$ for tajikistan visa about 4 months ago i still havent recieved it. And they nver paid back when you called them on their website they hang up with saying anything so be careful

They should look after some of their agent. The guy that worked today at 3PM hang up the Phone twice while i was inquiring about their services. I don't know what's wrong with this agent but he is the worst i met in my life, will never call them again

Ne faites pas affaire avec eux!!! ils méritent aucune étoile. Ils ne peuvent pas fournir une preuve de dépôt au consulat, quand le consulat dit ne rien avoir reçu, même si vous leur envoyez des preuve dans la messagerie. Ils répondent pas aux questions importante, ils donnent des réponses vagues et évasives. Impossible de rejoindre quelqu'un par téléphone, ils se cachent derrière une réceptionniste qui transmettra votre message. Au final, impossible de savoir où est rendu votre passeport et votre demande! Mais assurément vous manquerez votre départ et vous courrez après votre passeport!! Totalement insatisfaite, stressée, paniquée et je me sens sans recours quand on prend une agence pour éviter tout ça!!!!!@Do not do business with them!!! they deserve no star. They can't provide proof of deposit at the consulate, when the consulate says they haven't received anything, even if you send them proof in the chat. They do not answer important questions, they give vague and evasive answers. Impossible to reach someone by phone, they hide behind a receptionist who will transmit your message. In the end, it is impossible to know where your passport and application are! But for sure you will miss your departure and you will run after your passport! Totally dissatisfied, stressed, panicked and I feel helpless when we take an agency to avoid all this!!!!!@
