Worst location of an already bad store. Staff are rude, useless, and not even remotely helpful. Information in store doesn't match website. Don't waste your time, this location is total and complete garbage. Never had a positive experience. Their response to my comment is generic too, clearly they don't care about improving or they'd do something about all the negative reviews which mainly say the same thing instead of just copy and pasting empty words. Unpleasant staff without any manners or compassion, and unlikely to change. Would give negative stars if I could.

No complaints about this store for the last 12 years until today when I received incredibly rude service from Gurjeet. I was returning a duplicate item, unopened with receipt, bought same day. As I was explaining it was a duplicate item she rudely interrupted and abruptly offered a response that there are no returns on clearance items. Had she displayed a modicum of professionalism and basic training to check the receipt it is clear it was purchased at full price, not at all a clearance item. She then asked the reason for return. I had already offered the reason when she interrupted me. I had used 40000 PC points towards the purchased and asked confirmation they would be returned. Agitated she said no, I would get a gift card. I said that's fine. She did the return, gave me return slip, no gift card. I asked about it she said she returned full price because there was no gift cards to give me. She should have mentioned she was changing the previously mentioned method of return. I didn't dispute it, full value was recouped and as I turned to leave she took it on herself to advise me to Treat all people nice today". How incredibly disrespectful she is to feel it's her place to advise customers how to behave for the rest of the day. She should take her own advice. I asked for Manager/Assistant manager name

It's literally the most expensive place IN THE WHOLE CITY!!! For example, they want $9 for a birthday card. Walmart, they are $4

Monday October 3, 2022 11:00 am. Went to pharmacy to ask about flu shot. Lady behind the counter was clearly not in a good mood and let me know it. Why don't you just stay home if you can't deal with people politely.

Basic shoppers, everything you need. Staff just glared at us. We used self-check out.

Waited to get my passport photo taken after the passport office rejected the first one. Gurjeet told me she would not help me, and I needed to wait until the next shift... after getting someone else she finally helped after a ridiculous amount of back and forth. Long story short, dont come to Shoppers

There were no cashiers at check out. Don't know why we are forced to use the kiosks. Stood in line for 15 mins and both signs read closed. When enquired from staff what was the reason for the closed counter. She shared that the check-out was used for cash or to purchase bus tickets.I can't imagine why would they not allow customers to choose how they wish to pay for their purchases. Poor customer services or removing humans and replacing workers with self-checkouts.I didn't even get my PC points at the self-serve. Won't be choosing this location in the future.

An hour and a half after my prescription was electronically submitted to them, they had not even started processing it. This isn't the first time I've experienced slow fulfillment of a prescription at this pharmacy, but it will be the last. This is the slowest Pharmacy I've ever dealt with in 56 years.

I was at shoppers at 3:36 Thursday June 15. Gave the cashier my optimum card and a $10 card I received a couple weeks ago. I realized I never received $10 off my bill, went back at about 6 and said there is nothing they can do. My bill was $23.72 I’m sure if you check the $10 coupons with the bills there should be an extra $10 coupon
