would never ,ever bring my car back to this place, they said and charged me for parts that where over greased ,but never replacedthey over tightened my front wheel nuts which broke and damaged my rim swas broke down on side of road they wouldnt take responsiblity or any help now my truck is sitting at another shop to be fixed ,,,thanks for nothing CT and i do garranty they will not help

I took my car there for seasonal tire swap, the person who put the 2 tires on my sedan back seat didn't wrapped them completely with the bags I provided and had dirt marks on my seats, had to go back and get them cleaned and at that time I was not driving much and now when I've started driving on highways I've realized that it needs wheels balancing and wheel alignment, a very bad experience with this branch

Kevin from auto service team is an amazing gentleman, he advised me on the rims that I was looking for and I went ahead placing an order online but due to shortage the order was cancelled. There was no reason for Kevin to call me back and apologise for the cancellation that CT did… Thanks Kevin

Booked a safety inspection for my 2020 Toyota Corolla which did not pass due to the following issues: 1. front window tints, they knew is was not going to pass at first glance, but continued to compete the entire inspection of the vehicle. But I get it, it’s a business they want money, so don’t tell the owner, and proceed to complete the appointment so we get paid. 2. Front right wheel barring needed to be replaced. Which I found strange considering it’s a reliable corolla only 3 years old. 3. Brakes needed to be serviced. I took my car to Kal tire which their tech informed me that the wheel barring in fact does not need to be replaced and is perfect, and brakes are completely healthy, which would then lead to my vehicle passing the safety after removal of front window tints. I would suggest getting your vehicle serviced at a more decent and honest shop where they don’t try to squeeze as much money out of you as they can.

Nearest CT to my home and I visit for all quality product deals. Always happy with my purchase here. Unfortunately the yardwork electric mower I got from here gave me multiple issues multiple times and these guys always stayed behind me offering a straight exchange with no questions asked. The store manager and the staff on the returns desk were very sweet, friendly and cooperative. I love the way store is organized and greetings of store manager everytime I visit this place.

Very bad customer service. The lady at return don’t take my return back because I buy it from different location of Canadian tire. She behave like she is owner of this location. Said all Canadian tire stores are independently owned. So she said it’s better to take it location I bought and for that I have to go back 50km to that city. First time hear this. I don’t know to whom I contact regarding this. But its ridiculous.

I bought propane. Great staff but my CT gift card was not working but it worked another store same day

The front of store selection is pretty sparse compared to newer locations but they have a warehouse in the back that contains many additional items. I used the website to find stock and then asked an associate for help. Good if you have confirmed that they have the item you are looking for ahead of time.

New employee (let’s call her Karen) is a complete racist. I was completely embarrassed in front of other customers, and made to feel like I was a delinquent. I’ve been going to this location for over 15 years without any issues, but after this discriminatory experience; I will never again step foot on this property.

Very tight on space.Suggestion would to put the item finder close to the entrance and not way out in a corner of the store.
