Wow...absolutely not...I understand it's not a 5 star dining place but for the money I expect to actually have enough food and not have to ask for more to be provided for the table. They provided enough for about five children instead of 9 adults and 3 kids. The quality of the food itself was fine, but really not great and the red wine was kept in the fridge. Would never ever go again, willingly.

Dated interior but italian food was awesome. Get there early for your function as the parking lot is quite small which requires parking at other nearby businesses which all have restricted parking signs posted.

Food was good. Atmosphere was good. But the lack of air conditioning was awful. Had to leave after the dinner because I felt nauseated from the heat. They should put proper black out curtains along the windows instead of broken blinds maybe it might keep it bearable.

Do NOT have any celebrations there!!! They charge 15% HST which is illegal!!!They took the wedding cake in the back to cut up for serving….. the cake topper and cake lifter(part of a set) never came out of the kitchen. We had to practically beg for water for the meal and got plastic dollar store disposable cups, after the meal no coffee or tea was offered. They ripped people off at the bar, eg: $21.50 for 2 pop and one cooler. The bartender was inconsistent in drink prices and he didn’t get correct change because he didn’t know how to count. The owner was very rude and argued about everything. I could go on and on, but I think I got my message out!! This place is the WORST!!

I want to thank Ada and staff for an amazing job , with cooking and serving at my wife Nancy’s birthday party!!! Food and price was excellent… would definitely go back !!

Our experience at Primavera and Ada (the owner) was very unprofessional and disappointing. Ada made promises that she didn't keep and changed what was on the Contract. She gave us a price with taxes included and put No HST" on the contract but then charged us 15% GST on the bill. She would not provide us with "glass" water glasses on the tables and gave us plastic glasses that are appropriate for a kid's party. She did not respect Covid social distancing. She would not set up 2 additional tables and she came out and mingled

The food was excellent! Haven't been here in a long time and am so happy that we celebrated here.

The food was wonderful , service was great. The only issues my friends and I had were the quick changes from the owner. Ada is an incredible woman, very kind, I think she is an amazing person. But as an owner she is very..sneaky? My friends and I paid the full amount for our party full up, did all the math and everything. We had our party , it was wonderful and then a few days later I got non-stop phone calls from Ada saying we still owed her $120. I went back and redid the math and we did not. I asked her what it was for. She told me we paid for x amount of people but had extra people so we owed her. We did not have extra people. But then it changed to it was gratuity that we owed her (which his not mandatory and we had already left her a tip). And lastly there were issues with meeting up, she either didn’t show or was extremely late, the DJ she promoted was not what was expected. So all in all it was a very frustrating experience afterwards but in terms of actually having the party it was great. While I will not go through her hall again as it is a process that causes tremendous anxiety, the party we had thrown that night was wonderful and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

the caterer was attempting to control my sisters wedding reception, yelled at the bride for saying people cannot bring drinks outside although there were no signs saying so as well as saying she was going to fine us, would yell at us if we had any appetizers before the bride was inside although they were all out on the tables, as well as the fact that the bartender did not know how to count change back simply for a drink. some of the people at this wedding were overcharged $6+ for something that had a list of prices on a sheet above the fridge. this honestly was a terrible experience from their part.
