Dartmouth Day Care Centre

DDC is considered by many to be the best childcare facility to work for. The management team makes decisions that benefit everyone involved, including parents, staff, and most importantly, children. Many of the staff members have worked there for over 5 years and plan to work there until they retire. This daycare is unique in that it has a full-time inclusion coordinator on staff, which makes a significant difference in finding the best behavior guidance strategies for children in need. Additionally, the playground is large and provides an enriching, nature-friendly environment. Overall, I was able to thrive and advance as an ECE while working at this daycare.

Dartmouth Daycare Centre offers the highest quality of care I have ever seen! The staff are outstanding. Angie, the director of the center goes over and above each and every day for the children, parents, teachers, and community.
