We needed a nurse 24-7 for my mom in an emergency and Nurse Next Door stepped up to the plate in less than 2 hours. Service was amazing!!! And the staff were just wonderful with my mom!

There has been a change in the management team and they are lacking. I have been told not all their care aid have been licensed/trained as advertised. We have had some arrive with no idea what to do. And one just didn't show up and with no notice or explanation given.

Very rude and unprofessional services. Their employee did not show up for two times and for the third appointment, their employee did not know how to mop and used soaking dirty mob that damaged our laminates. When we tried to tell her how to do it she said you stress me out! She even refused to clean the range!We talked to the manager and she was very rude and said our employees only do light cleaning, hehe, easy money! She told me I cancel your next appointment on my own. Stay away from them!One star is extra for them...

Jana my care giver was wonderful. I had recently fractured my ankle very badly and was not allowed to put any weight on it. She helped me shower which was wonderful as I was very scared of getting into the shower on my own. She also did a lot of light housework which was wonderful as my husband is disabled as well and unable to help. I was very impressed with the service. I contacted Nurse Next Door on Tuesday night. Had my interview with the supervisor on Wednesday and help was in place on Friday. I would recommend this company to anyone. Reasonably priced and wonderful service.
